**Direct Gulf Front** Enjoy the Gulf view from your private balcony. The interior spaces include a kitchen with granite countertops, a refrigerator with an ice maker, a microwave, and laundry with a Samsung stackable washer/dryer. All kitchen appliances were newly installed in November 2023.
**High-end furnishings! New sofa and chair.
**The carpeted master suite has a high-quality, super comfortable, thick mattress, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a separate glass-enclosed shower, garden tub, double vanity, and generous storage and closet space. The guest bedroom, also carpeted, features a queen-size bed, ample closet space, a flat-screen TV, and a ceiling fan with an adjoining full bath. The bunk alcove is great for smaller children. Feel free to bring your air mattress to use in the living room area--very spacious.

**Wood tile flooring throughout the entrance and family room.
The living room is spacious with full-length windows that connect you to the magic of the Gulf. The coastal decor of this condo will make you feel like you are at home but within arm's reach of the sun, sand, and beach.
**The blinds are controlled by a switch on the wall in the living room with a 'blackout feature'.

**The kitchen has full-size appliances, fully stocked with all necessary smaller appliances.

**Aqua requires wristbands to be worn by all guests while using the pools, beach chair services, grills, gym, etc. These will be provided for your stay. It is very important to list the proper number of guests in the reservation so the appropriate number of wristbands will be provided.

**Keyless Entry - No formal "check-in" is required! No keys to return!

**Covered parking - maximum of two spaces allowed with registered vehicles. On-site security. 24/7 video monitoring on-premises, carts for loading and unloading.

**Entire complex is a NON SMOKING/VAPING ATMOSPHERE.

**Experience Aqua's poolside cafe, the whirlpool spa, and the beachside terrace of two pools, fountains, and water gardens.

**Condominiums are the ultimate getaway on the gulf, whether you choose to lounge on your private, elliptical balcony or by one of the two pools.

Beach chair service is provided by Coastal Parasail. Here is a list of on-site amenities: Double chaise lounges w/umbrellas, Foldout Deck Chairs, Cabanas w/Hoods, Paddle Boards, parasails, Kayaks, and wave runners. They can also assist with offsite activities offered, such as Dolphin Encounters, Shell Island tours by Jet Ski or Boat, and Charter Boat Fishing.
