Pool towels are not provided. Enclosed, wooded garden of 500 m² with hammock, sun loungers, and table. 3 bicycles. Bicycle storage.
Parking for unloading, then additional street parking. Motorcycle friendly.

Non-smoking cottage. Located on a main street in the village of Baignes, a town of 1200 inhabitants, you will have easy access to shops while enjoying a peaceful setting. The nearby greenway is ideal for cycling or walking (Scandibérique route).

The rental is in a separate house located near the owners' house, on their fully enclosed property.
