Heated in the Early Spring and Late Fall. Our 2nd Pool is Indoor/Outdoor and is Heated all Winter), Two Hot-tubs, TENNIS court, fitness center, clubhouse with full kitchen (available to rent for special events or meetings, 2 picnic & grilling areas and a covered garage parking. This unit includes a Private Parking Space Under the Resort only Steps from the Beach and Elevator, Pool and Restroom.

Thanks for sharing your beautiful condo. The weather was wonderful and sunsets gorgeous! My husband and I had wonderful and relaxing vacation. Your condo had everything we needed. Our only suggestion would be a small table on the balcony for our morning coffee. We look forward to staying with you again in the future.

This was our home away from home for the week and we loved it! Starting the day off with coffee and this beach view was perfect. Everything is exactly as you see in the photos and description. The first floor made it easy to access the pool, beach, garage, and easy for food deliveries. Hosts were welcoming and quick to respond.

Anniversary getaway

Me and my husband loved loved this place. It was clean and well organized with what you need to stay. Communcation with owner was outstanding. We will definitely come again. The view was perfect. We highly recommend this place.

Awesome vacation!

Property is well maintained and has easy, great access to the beach. Beach chair service is excellent and an added bonus to this rental property. Parking spaces right under the condo are also very convenient. Would definitely stay here again! Being the last condo along a long row of condo buildings also provided a lot less crowding on the beach.

Just wonderful!

Lovely decor, great appliances (lots of ice), terrific water pressure!! Everything needed for a week or longer stay. Hope to stay with your again.

This condo was beautiful and spacious with the perfect view of the Gulf. Everything was very clean. We were literally steps from the beach. The beach service was such a help, as we didn’t have to carry chairs to the beach. We also loved the parking convenience just below the building. We never had to look for a space or worry about our car. The communication with the host was also excellent. I would love to stay here again!

Perfect place

The condo was exactly as seen online. The view was incredible. The owners answered any questions I had right away! Parking was very convenient. The place overall exceeded our expectations and we would 100% stay there again!!

Our stay was great! The parking space and the beach chair service decibel came in handy. This was our 4th time staying in 107 and we continue to enjoy this condo. Lisa checked in on us throughout the stay as well to make sure everything was going smooth.

Loved the condo and the parking space. Have stayed at Celadon before and like the property. Been to several condo's up and down the beach but this location is the best!
