Downstairs:

-Fully equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 8+
-Two bedrooms, each featuring a queen bed and mirrored closets
-Bathroom with a walk-in shower

Upstairs:
-Master suite with a king bed and shared ensuite bathroom
-4th bedroom upstairs near office with two twin beds
-Spacious living room with a second large flat-screen TV
-Newly remodeled office area with a large desk and access to the upper deck offering filtered lake views

-High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home
-Motorized disco ball with spotlights and a quality stereo system
-Weber gas grill for summer barbecues
-Outdoor dining table and bar setup on synthetic lawn backing up to National Forest Service land
-Flat driveway with ample parking for 4+ cars, plus space for a boat or snowmobile trailer

While some photos and past reviews may mention the hot tub, it is currently taking an extended vacation for Summer 2026. The hot tub shell may still be visible on the property, but it will be off-limits to guests while we prepare for a brand-new replacement planned for Fall/Winter 2026-27.

Location
Situated with easy access to SR 28, our home is just half a mile from Waterman's Landing, a public beach with a full-service café and "car-top" boat launch. Explore nearby Carnelian Bay, featuring a 7-Eleven, laundromat, post office, and popular restaurants like Gar Woods, CB's Bistro, and The Old Post Office.

We're conveniently located on the main Tahoe Area Regional Transit (TART) bus route along North Lake Blvd (SR 28), served by two free lines: Mainline and Route 89, connecting you to Tahoe City, Kings Beach, Incline Village, and more. During peak summer and winter seasons, the free 'TART Connect' shuttle is available to take you around town and to many local establishments—just download the app and request a ride.

Check-In & Policies:
-Check in: 4pm, Check out: 10:00 AM
-Early check-in/late check-out: May be available at $35/hour, but this MUST be arranged in advance
-Guest count: Please provide the exact number of guests that will be staying
-House rules: No smoking, No pets. Violation may result in forfeiture of security deposit
