Redondo Waterfront Beach House

Waterfront house on the Redondo Beach Boardwalk. Large groups will rest easy at this 7 bedroom luxury home. This gem is located in one of Seattle’s most charming and desirable neighborhoods. Walk along the quaint, waterfront boardwalk. Afterwards, enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on the beautiful fenced-in outdoor elevated patio watching the boats sail by in Puget Sound or a soak in the warm spa.

The space
Parking is limited to 7 cars and there is no parking in front of my neighbor's homes or on the street.

A total of 7 bedrooms, two are small without closets, but do have doors for privacy. Inside, an open concept living area shares space with the kitchen and dining rooms. Hardwood floors and classic furnishing characterize this home, with a large flat-screen TV in the living room. Water views from two of the bedrooms, living room, sitting room, dining room, and kitchen.

Sit outside with a glass of wine while the sun sets over the Puget Sound, Vashon Island, and the Olympic Mountain Range and soak away the day!

The master bedroom has a large king bed and patio access. Bedroom number two also has a patio access. Do not stand on or lean against the patio rail.

Space includes the first and second floor along with with the patio and hot tub. Mother in Law Penthouse on the third floor is not part of the 2,500 square feet that is rented with the house. This has a separate entrance, never rented out separately, but sometimes occupied by the Manager/housecleaner.

Guest access
Guests will access to the house using a keypad, so you will not have to worry about gaining entry.

Other things to note
I've tried to keep the cleaning cost at a minimum, even at times taking a loss. My house is large to accommodate special groups and I've tried to think of everything you'll need to enjoy your time in the house.

Five parking spots in the driveway on the back side of the house, which is on Sound View Drive. Please do not park in front of my neighbor's homes. Quiet time outside after 10pm out of respect to my neighbors.

A beautiful home with great access to walking along the waterfront. There were plenty of rooms for our family gathering and these had clean linen with plenty of blankets, pillows and towells. Dave was accessible by text or phone if needed for questions during our stay.We liked the locks with codes for safe access upon our arrival. The neighborhood felt welcoming and safe aa well. Some neighbors even waved a friendly hello as we drove down the alley to park behind the house.

Beautiful view & great house for our group!

Loved the views, the deck, the fire pit, and the hot tub! Well equipped kitchen and nice bathrooms. The beds were comfortable, and the big couch in the living group was great for our group. We even went in the Bay - a little chilly but fun. We'll be back, I hope!

Beautiful and Amazing View! Fun times :)

We had a wonderful time with family for a white Christmas overlooking the beautiful Puget Sound. Dave was quick to respond to our questions and help as needed. Thanks, Dave. We enjoyed the hot tub and large tv and rooms for all the family. I would definitely stay again!

Great for a large group!

I booked this listing as sort of an impromptu bachelor party trip for my best friend (and 9 of our friends…) and it worked out perfectly! We were very happy with the amount of beds, everything was very clean, and check in/check out was very simple. The hot tub with a view of the sunset was definitely a hit! Dave was very kind and communicative when we had questions about specifics. Would definitely recommend.

Family Vacation

This property worked well for our family of 16 and we all loved it. The views were unbeatable. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and the bathroom with toiletries. The house it not really walkable to restaurants and attractions. If you have plans to visit Seattle a rental car is a must.

The pictures do not do justice for the view from this home. We sat outside on the desk to eat lunch and enjoyed the view. Even my Dad who isnt overly inpressed with things loved sitting out there. We saw a whale and seals. Perfect for our family reunion!

Long weekend family fun

This Rental Property was spot on. It had the real view you are always looking for, downstairs space for all the 14 of us to relax in to get her but also have some “me” time, and not to mention Dave, who was more then responsive. Dave made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond when we had requests. Thank you for making our 4 families have a great relaxing time

Fabulous View

We loved this location (except for the traffic). It’s tough to find a 7 bedroom house with good beds, yet each room cooled sufficiently in unexpected heat and we were all able to get to sleep on the comfortable beds. And it was so much fun using the spa and look out over the water view. The parking arrangements worked perfectly. Thanks for the hospitality!

Great waterfront home!

The home was perfect for our family reunion. We had 6 adults and 5 teens and everyone had a bed! The view from the patio and balcony overlooking the boardwalk and sound was amazing and great for eating outside on. It was warm so we never took advantage of the hot tub lol. Dave was very responsive to any questions we had, very easy checking in and out. We'd use this home again in a heartbeat!

Great Family Getaway

Great property! Location & view off the deck is fantastic! The house was perfect to bring several families together that flew in from all over the country for a wedding. Being able to spend quality time with family in a house suitable for it was exactly what we were looking for. The home is very clean & plenty of room for visiting, playing games & hanging out together. Property is just as it’s described. We will definitely stay here again. The owner is very friendly, responsive & easy to work with. We are very thankful to find such a beautiful property.

Great house and great location

I stayed with seven other guys on a buddies golf trip and we were blown away by the house. The location is amazing. Right on the water, beautiful views. A great hot tub you can sit in overlooking it all. The house is spacious, more than enough room for the eight of us to hang out. It's close to a light rail station so if you want to go out in Seattle but don't want to drive through traffic and pay to park, it's really easy to drive 10 minutes to the light rail, parking is free, and you're in Seattle in 30 minutes. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone. It exceeded expectations.

We booked the waterfront beach house for a family reunion with the goal of having everyone (adults and kids) all in a single house. The property has an incredible view right on the water making evening dinners a wonderful experience and the sunsets even better.The house was able to accommodate most of our group and we were very thankful to Dave for finding ways to make it more comfortable for us. We did find that we were often coming up against items that were broken in the house, a chair here, an umbrella there and that required some care and awareness on everyone's part. This was probably the main downside of the place as we kept finding new things we had to set aside or move out of the way to ensure people wouldn't attempt to use it again.The kitchen was well stocked, and there were ample towels for everyone staying there.Dave, the host, was attentive, responsive and went above and beyond as a host and our stay was better as a result.

Property was fantastic! Deck was used by the morning folks as well as the night Hawks!

I believe the only downside was my fault! I read the listing to show that the master bedroom was on the first floor… I think I read what I wanted to see! It made it a bit less convenient for me as I have mobility issues but I also had a 12-year-old grandson with me who played my gopher and went and got my stuff As I needed it!!

Great stay with family

The house was a perfect size for our extended family of adults. We stayed comfortably for 5 days without issue. The deck and view were awesome. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more. Everyone loved having the kayaks and paddle boards to enjoy the waterfront even more.
