Log Cabin
Experience true Log cabin with direct lake view, place to rejuvenate, mediate, read, or just relax. One Bedroom with Queen size bed, and bath with walking shower,
Lower area offers, living room with sofa / bed, kitchen.
Food
We firmly request that all eating and drinking be confined to the kitchen area only. To maintain cleanliness and hygiene, please refrain from consuming food and beverages on the couches or in the bedrooms. Violations of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping our home clean and pleasant for all guests.
SMOKING
We firmly ask that there be no smoking or vaping inside the house, on the balconies, or within 25 feet of the property. This rule is essential to maintain a clean and healthy environment for all our guests.
Moving Furniture / Artwork
We kindly but firmly request that guests do not move or remove any furniture or artwork from the walls. Additionally, please refrain from attaching any items such as balloons or other celebration pieces to the walls, ceilings, or doors. This helps us maintain the integrity and appearance of our home. Violations of this policy will result in additional charges. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Quiet hours
We ask all guests observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM. This is to ensure a peaceful and restful environment for everyone in the house and our neighbors. Please keep noise to a minimum during these hours. Violations of this policy may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
Parking
We request that all parking be confined to our premises only. Please ensure that you do not block any neighbors` driveways or access points.
Liability Waiver
By agreeing to the Property Rules, you hereby acknowledge that there are inherent risks involved with activities associated with lake waterfront property, Furthermore, features such as, waterfront docs, decks, stairs, spiral stairs, campfires, swimming, boating may present dangers for adults and children.
Children must be carefully supervised at all times when near the water. If you swim or use the canoe or paddle boat (especially children) we strongly recommend the use of life jackets which are provided for you and your guests.
Guest and guest visitors herein agrees to restrain from any dangerous activities, including but not limited to:
jumping at any time into the lake or careless activities.
By agreeing to the House Rules, you acknowledge the potential risks discussed above, agree to accept full responsibility for any bodily injury that may occur to you and others in your party, and waive any claim whatsoever against the property owner(s), and or its agents(s) for accidents or claims arising from any activities within the property, inside or outside the house.
Above stated Liability waiver shall be in effect at all times during the duration of guest(s) stay. By agreeing to above stated Liability waiver it is agreed this waiver will apply all guest and visitors.
