Charming Bungalow North + Fishing & Trails

Located within Sandy Creek Farms 400+ acres of gorgeous Tennessee countryside. The property includes lots of wildlife and a 20-acre lake stocked for fishing! The perimeter of the property has 10+ miles of trails to enjoy. ATVs and/or golf carts are allowed. Our geo-referenced map will help you navigate through the trails and property. There are two laundry facilities, a citrus orangerie, and a fitness center. The perfect setting for fishermen, outdoor enthusiasts, and those that want to relax!

The Bungalows are side-by-side units rented individually, each sleeping 4. This lodging is located on beautifully manicured grounds with an abundance of diverse plantings. The front entrance has a large wood deck porch with patio furniture. The back entrance also has a large wood deck porch leading to a flagstone patio with a fire pit and BBQ. Inside you will find a tastefully decorated living room with a kitchenette and queen-size pull-out bed; a bedroom with a king-size bed and second TV, and a large bathroom with closets. For guests requiring a more comprehensive cooking experience, the stables kitchen is made available to all overnight guests and is a fully equipped kitchen.

For those who like to fish, the private lake is stocked with bass, bream, and catfish and is a short walk from The Bungalows. Woods surround the property with pastures, fields, and ponds. Guests can walk the many trails and gravel roads throughout the 400+ acres.
