This luxurious custom designed delectable 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhome with AC is tucked away in the corner of the complex with an expansive view of a green space preserve and small ocean views. Very private and quiet. Only a 1 block to shopping, 1 mile to beach. High speed WIFI.

Gated entrance to the complex featuring waterfalls, huge heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness room--all with awesome ocean views.

The gourmet kitchen with Italian cabinets, granite counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. It is fully stocked to meet your cooking/culinary needs. Ocean, mountain, and beach views from private upstairs and downstairs lanais. Comfortable loungers and outdoor furniture allow you to enjoy the space and privacy!

Bedrooms feature 2 king beds (all with their own bathrooms) and a bedroom with 3 twin beds (with bathroom). One bedroom with king is on main floor, 2 are upstairs. Living room and bedrooms are furnished with flat screen HD televisions & DVD players. The living room has surround sound system & IPOD doc. Hi-speed wireless internet is also provided. The unit has central AC.

Suitable for only 6 maybe 7 adults.but if you have children too, ask me first. It only sleeps 7 PEOPLE. .

Only a very short distance to Kahaluu State Beach Park--one of the best snorkeling areas on the island. Only 1/2 block away is the Keauhou Shopping Center, with movie theater, restaurants, grocery store, shopping, and weekly Saturday farmer's market and often weed day entertainment.

Note: NO more than 7 people total in unit. this includes children. Exception may be 1 baby extra

14 days at Na Hale Keauhou

We had a very enjoyable stay at Na Hale Keauhou. While there were a few issues when we first arrived, the owner and their local representative were very responsive and helpful. The unit was sufficiently stocked (dishes, utensils, soaps, detergents, garbage bags, etc.) for our group of 5. Beach accessories are provided and easily accessible. The local pool & exercise room was never crowded. Grocery/restaurants are within walking distances. Grounds/pool/shared facilities are all very well maintained.

Will look for different unit in same complex next time

Nice area, but this unit is tired and needs some freshening up like carpet, paint, and handyman repairs. Beach chairs are broken, towels we old, back door doesn’t latch etc.

The Unit has been upgraded with new carpet & paint. When this guest stayed, carpet was ordered, but took a long time to be delivered.

Beautiful complex but unit needs a deep clean and tidying

Spacious unit with great layout for family of 6. Nice ocean view from lanai. Oddly there is a fire pit table on lanai Instead of dining table. We missed eating outside. Pool area is beautiful and well maintained with most units being used by owners so a quiet pool area most days. The condo guidebook was very outdated; we had to figure everything out ourselves. Two of four TVs were Netflix only and my two teenagers never did get them to work. No directions provided for anything. The big issue was the unit needs a thorough deep clean. While the tile floors, bathrooms and kitchen felt clean we are pretty sure the carpets were not vacuumed. Once we vacuumed we could see the vacuum lines and those were not present when we arrived. Carpets do need replaced. We went to an open house and saw the same tired carpets in that unit. Built in 2005. The stove top doesn't work well. Glass top which I cook on at home but this got either extremely hot or not warm enough to cook so it made cooking difficult. The unit is fairly well stocked with dishes but the cupboards are in complete disarray. I organized the Tupperware drawer and had at least 15 lids with no containers. There were many duplicate items taking up cupboard space like an extra old coffee pot and extra blender parts stashed up high. A thorough tidying would open up space to actually store groceries. Many broken or outdated items stored in closets too. There were only three washcloths in the entire unit so I had to buy a six pack at Walmart. Seemed to be a shortage of linens all around. There is a huge tub of beach towels stored in garage which was great and lots of beach toys etc. While I didn't expect a lavish welcome gift the first morning's coffee would have been nice. The unit had very thick dust on the way too numerous floral decorations and some wall decorations. We didn't use the ceiling fans because they were so thick with dust. I am not a minimalist but there was just too much decor that cluttered up the countertops and dressers and a lot of it was dusty. The exterior lights were not left on and We had been given the wrong lock box code for arrival. Super frustrating as we were a late night arrival with three hour time change. The property manager did answer the phone but it was a hassle. She did not respond to a later text I sent. Between the deep cleaning needed and poor arrival experience I probably wouldn't stay here again unless there's new property management. I did like the complex.

Please, if you have a problem, pick up the phone and call, don't text. We did not hear anything from this Guest the entire 2 weeks they were at the unit. If we had, we would have immediately corrected any problems or issues. We would have sent the cleaning crew back. The owner recently upgraded and removed 1/2 of the carpet and installed tile. We also had our routine kitchen pest treatment where all items are taken out of the cupboards and then put back. The property managers phone number is on the lock box. The lock box code was changed & new code not input into VRBO, but when they called, we answered (at 11 PM at night). Upon investigating this guest complaints indeed it appears our cleaning crew was slacking! They have since been corrected. Dec, Jan & Feb are back to back guest months. But that is no excuse for a poor cleaning job. If you find ANYTHING that bothers you, please pick up the phone and CALL. If you wait until you check out to tell us the problems, we can't fix it for you. That doesn't work for you or us. Please call! I have reached out to Juli and tried to make amends for the issues she mentioned. We definitely want happy, satisfied guests. Aloha! .

Spacious quiet condo in lovely complex

The condo was clean and well-appointed, at the quiet end of the complex next to green space, so enjoyed the patio with birdsong over coffee or wine at the end of the day. The complex is beautifully landscaped and the pool and jacuzzi were a great end to long driving days. Tina provided some great “local” tips and responded quickly to the BarBQ and coffee grinder not working. Replaced same day. We missed the opportunity to sort out the TV’s which we were not able to use for the stay. Once sorted, some updated instructions to match the new equipment are in order. All in all a great, spacious and airy accommodation.

Nice location and pool, accommodations need some work

The location of the condo was great and our kids loved the pool. The condo worked well for our group. There was a lot of beach gear that was nice to have. Nice and spacious, however, it is need of some updates and repairs. Some of the main issues were: the ceiling fans in two bedrooms were noisy and not usable, the a/c was very slow to cool, the clock on the wall was broken (new batteries did not work), the dishwasher soap dispenser did not open properly, very few drinking glasses, beach umbrella was broken. All in all, the issues were minor and we had an enjoyable stay.

Nice house with convenient location to market, and gym!

My husband and I are gym rats, so we loved having a gym on the premises. The pool was pretty small though, so the kids were disappointed, especially with COVID, and needing to keep space. And they weren't allowed in the hot tub either. The pool also was closed a few days for repairs, so that cut down on the oppty to go. Location is good because it's near a supermarket, which makes it easy to get food. But it's not near the main downtown, so it takes 20 mins to get to where most restaurants and shopping is. House is great though - very spacious for just our family of 4 - so we had too much room actually for what we needed, but made it nice and comfortable! Some any problems when we checked in, but the traps left helped, just have to keep counters and floors super clean or they come out!

Lovely unit in a great development

Terrific place - lovely three bedroom with lots of space and nice outdoor furniture. Views were quite good. The place does need a bit of maintenance. Beds were comfortable and we had a great time.

Peaceful, quite great place with very nice pool

We loved this townhome. Beds are comfortable and it is very clean. Kitchen is fully equipped for everything we need. It sits off in a corner of the complex so we felt l like we were in a home with expanse of green belt to look out on. The pool rarely had anyone around it and the hot tub was great. The location is very close to Keauhou shopping center (if you walk, it's very close)

Worked really well for three couples. Perfect location

This property was great and worked well for three couples as we all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms. Lots of room for privacy in the house. The complex is beautiful and pool also. We had some minor issues while staying there but Tina was very quick with helping out and solving the problems. We were disappointed with privacy issues though. The lanai is smallish which was okay but it was right up against the other condo. All their windows were open all the time. They are so close that that you were listening to their TV and their conversations. For the most part we ended up whispering on the lanai so as not to disturb our neighbours.

Great Location

Location can't be beat - close to groceries, restaurants, walk to great snorkel beach, short drive to great sand/wave beach and Walmart/ Kona. Nice pool and gym facilities on the property which we felt very safe staying at. Unit is very private with a great mountain view. Owner supplies beach towels, umbrella, snorkel gear, beach chairs, and boards to add to a great vacation. A few minor repairs required but have been reported to the owner.

Quiet location yet walking distance to shopping center

I stayed with my family of 6 including an infant and the grandparents. Tina kindly prepared a high chair and baby bath upon our arrival which we took full advantage of. The house is clean and well equipped with kitchen utensils, beach chairs, towels, and anything else we needed. (but no life jackets for the kids). Tina was very kind and helpful throughout our stay, especially when the toilet broke down and she came by the following day and fixed it for us. The reason I give it a 4 star instead of 5 is due to a number of rather minor discomforts we experienced. For example the wifi is not password protected so my husband used his iPhone for tethering when working on his laptop. We found 3 cockroaches during our 6 night stay. The screen door has some small holes so bugs like mosquitoes do enter the house. There were 5 keys for guests use which none were labeled so it took us a while to figure out which key was for which door. Also Tina does charge an extra fee for booking by credit card. She prefers checks and money orders. I felt the house needed some work. Holes in the screen doors, the handle to open the dryer was broken so we used a knife, the window lock to the master lanai was broken. Overall we enjoyed our stay at this condo and i would recommend it for families staying with small children.

Aloha, Category 5 Toddler Destruction occurred here. The main level Kohler toilet had to be plunged vigorously to get a huge wad of toilet paper (due to toddler entertainment?) to flush. Our new washer and dryer recently upgraded the units stacking w/d. The dryer's metal handle, which is an insert in the door, is at toddler level. It had fallen out of the indent in the door due to a clip holding it in being broken and has been repaired. In Hawaii cockroaches can fly. During the "rainy season" (which is mid-June/July/Aug) they are happy and more abundant. The unit does not have daily maid service. We provide some cleaning supplies, a broom, mop and vacuum in order for guests to be able to clean up their own mess and food droppings-to avoid bugs. If guest does not clean up after themselves, bugs will come. We can provide (for a cost) daily maid service, but you must request this service 30 days prior to check in. We do clean the unit thoroughly after each guest check out. A bookkeeping fee is collected if a guest uses credit card for payment. This fee is disclosed on the web site. VRBO deducts from owners funds the cost of 2-4% of the total charged when a guest uses their credit card for payment. If guest payment is made by check or money order- the guest bookkeeping fee is refunded. Screens are repaired regularly and immediately after guest accidents. Life jackets are not provided for our guests. The pool is monitored by the HOA and has the necessary safety equipment at pool side. Note: When we experience a Category 5 Toddler Activity "storm" we always conduct extensive clean up prior to next guest check in. Lovely property with everything you will need.

Beautiful location. The property is quiet with amazing views from the back porch and the balcony. The split layout with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 1 down is perfect for groups or families. The kitchen is well stocked with supplies. I mean they even had a pressure cooker. The garage has beach toys, chairs and towels. We would absolutely stay here again.

Top notch vacation home.

It was our first visit to Hawaii. The location was great, close to everything: shopping, beaches, tours and restaurants. The gated home was clean and well equip with all that we needed; WiFi, TVs, great sound system. washer, dryer, THREE full BR and gourmet kitchen. Thank you again.

Everything you could ask for!

Our stay was short but fabulous. Spotlessly clean, great layout, plenty of room for our party of four adults, and two young children. Beautifully equipped with extra beach gear, towels. Kitchen modern with all you could ask to prepare meals. Air con throughout a blessing as it was quite humid when we were there in August.Wish we could have had a longer stay. Quiet, close to big shopping centre. Car would be necessary to access beaches. We saw manta rays at the Sheraton one evening, too! Would highly recommend this condo. Tina was great to deal with, too. Thanks Tina!

Anniversary Trip

The condo was absolutely wonderful. Very modern and clean. It had everything you could need for you stay including all the beach stuff for a family day on the beach(coolers, chairs, umbrellas, boogies boards snorkels and masks, fins and beach towels.) It is in a residential area so no resort amenities. Pool area is clean but small. Grocery store and some places to eat right up the road. Pizza place was great. We enjoyed our stay. Would recommend this condo.

Tina, Thank you so much for letting us stay in your beautiful condo. It was Perfect for our family and very comfortable and clean. It met our needs exactly. The only thing I would change is the shower mat in the master bath. It became extremely slippery when the floor under it became wet. We had to put it aside when we slipped twice and worried that your next guest could fall into the glass around the shower. We used a small towel as a mat and it worked out much better. I just thought you might want to know about this small issue. Other than that, no problems at all. We would love to stay here again if and when we're in Kona Hawaii. Great Condo!!

We've just returned from a 8 night stay at this condo and had a fabulous time. The pictures and amenities were all spot on and even they even had tons of buckets and beach toys for our toddler. The owners are thoughtful and have ice chests, tons of beach towels, beach chairs, etc to meet all your beach needs. They even supplied shampoo, conditioner, and great lotion in all of the bathrooms, an unexpected comfort. The kitchen is very well stocked with all your cooking needs, and the best thing about the condo is that they are very well built, and we couldn't hear any noise from neighbors, or from our family downstairs after we put the toddler to bed at night. A great deal for a great condo!

Whole Family Had An Amazing Time!

My wife, two daughters and son had a wonderful time at Na Hale O Keauhou and at this condo. The BBQ was great and we did lots of cooking and dined outside a majority of the time, enjoying the views. We could catch up on things with flatscreens and cable in all the rooms and wifi connection. Walking to the beach or shopping center made getting around really easy. The pool and spa were big and a great addition to our relaxation efforts. After some sunburns the soft linens and cool A/C really helped! If it wasn't for the sightseeing we came to do, we could have happily spent all our time there at the condo. Great job on set up and amenities for your guests! We'll be back next year. Tom Wilkins

My family and I had a tru...

My family and I had a truly excellent week long vacation at this Na Hale condo. Everything in the unit was exactly as advertised. The decor was decorator beautiful, yet very cozy and homey. We made great use use of all the many amenities, including the gas grill, the variety of cookware, the sound system, and video players. My favorite feature was the quiet privacy of this end unit, with lovely views of the ocean and of undeveloped park land from the lower and upper patios. The location of the condo could not be beat, within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, and one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. If we are fortunate enough to make it back to the Big Island for vacation next year, we will definitively choose this condo as our home away from home.

We stayed in your beautif...

We stayed in your beautiful condo in February / March of 2009. We couldn't have asked for anything...because you had thought of everything from beach chairs and mats to everyday, necessary things in the kitchen. We hope to be back again. Mahalo!!
