Embark on an exceptional family vacation in this 2BR, 2BA oceanfront condo on the third floor. Sleep soundly with a king bed in the primary and 2 twins in the guest room. Enjoy TV in both rooms or unwind in the living room for your favorite shows. Greet the day with sunrise views from the spacious oceanfront balcony accessible from the living room. Dine in, play games, or savor ocean scenes at the 4-seat dining table. Modern comforts include a full washer/dryer, WiFi, and a well-equipped kitchen. Your home conveniences await in this serene seaside escape. Please note that while this property is non-pet friendly for guests, the owner does have a dog. Great view and nicely decorated however if you are looking for comfortable beds..Dont stay here! The beds were HORRIBLE! Mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. No extra nice blankets either.The blender was soooo old.Wr had to laugh

Annual Bestie Trip

This is our 3rd year staying @Ketch Courtyard and this year we got our own unit. Absolutely love this place, excellent accommodations, all the blessings of a home and so beautiful. Next year we will return for our 4th annual trip. Thank you for the hospitality and such a great accommodations. Will always recommend this place. We rented beach gear from Riptide, I would NOT recommend Vayklife rentals for beach gear.

Great Beach Apartment

My family stayed for five nights in July. The apartment is perfect for a family of four, and the beach is both steps away and clean and sandy. The kitchen is well stocked, and the neighborhood offers anything you could possibly need.

Great View, Nice Accomodations

The view of the ocean from this unit makes it 100% worth it, You can go out on the balcony and see an unobstructed view of the Beach and the ocean. The accommodations were excellent. The only suggestion I have is that the bed in the primary bedroom probably is at the end of its useful life (it was not very comfortable and sagged in the middle) It probably needs to be replaced

Beautiful Ocean views with beach within easy access. All aspects of renting this property for a two week period went smoothly. Beds sleep great but living room sofa from use lacks firmness and does not provide comfortable seating for adults in their 60s.

Great introduction to Amelia Island

Our family really enjoyed our time at the condo. Although small, it had everything we needed! The building was very quiet and the beach was never crowded. The beds were comfortable and there were a few beach items (toys, chairs, umbrella) that we didnā€™t expect, so that was a nice surprise. The condo is close to some good restaurant options and grocery stores/shops. We would stay again!

Pros: The property location, cleanliness and property management (stay better) are all 5 stars. Cons: mattresses are old and uncomfortable, dryer is old and struggles to dry clothes quickly, fridge ice maker is not functional, sitting furniture (including patio) is cheap and not comfortable. With a few appliance and furnishing updates, this place would be perfect.

Perfect getaway long weekend

Condo was clean & well stocked. Nice view & great uncrowded beach! Pool is located in the front, so a little inconvenient, but not a big deal. Only suggestion to owner would be to add some small cereal bowls. I did not like the fact that they do not send you an entry code until exactly 4. Would have been nice to get in even 30 minutes earlier since we arrived right before a bad storm & had to wait until rain stopped to unload our car. They do request you let them know exactly when you are leaving so they can get in to clean. Just wish they extended the same courtesy to renters upon arrival.

Just what I needed!

Quiet little beach, perfect for relaxing! The condo was very clean and property maintained. The maintenance man introduced himself to me right away as I was unloading and let me know where to find him if any assistance was needed. The property manager, Stacie, was super helpful and responsive. Even went above and beyond to ge me back something I had accidently left in the condo and over looked!

Excellent Beachfront Condo

We could not have asked for a better condo. Perfectly located on the beach in the least crowed sections of Fernadina Beach. Third floor gives a panoramic view of the entire Amelia Island Beach. Will return!

2020 Isolated Vacation

It was a 2020 vacation. Quite place, easy beach access, hurricane stayed offshore so the breeze was nice and the waves were huge. Getting to stores was easy and Moon River Pizza is awesome, you should check them out if you stay here.

Beautiful place

We enjoyed our stay here. The view is so beautiful. The only thing negative was our neighbor used their balcony to smoke and it drifted over to our balcony.
