The condo & facilities are nice, we had a good vacation there & would stay again. The only complaint I'd have is the table & chairs on the patio are uncomfortable and we like to sit on the balcony and listen to the waves, so that was a bit of a bummer, everything else about out stay was great.

This condo was perfect for our Amelia Island getaway. The location was great and well appointed with thoughtful touches throughout. I would highly recommend this property!

Everything was great! Look forward to going back! However the only complaint I have was the code to our unit and the gate was changed without being notified, however I reached out to the property manager and she helped in a timely matter! Thanks for such a great experience

We did want to clarify one point for future guests. Your unit door code did not change and remained the same throughout your stay. The issue was with the community gate code, which was changed by the HOA without notifying our management team in advance. Unfortunately, we do not have control over HOA gate code changes. As soon as you contacted us, we responded immediately and worked quickly to obtain the updated gate code so you could access the property as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience and your recognition of our prompt assistance, and we hope to host you again in the future.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable time. The condo is in the perfect location The only recommendation would be to have the cleaning team ensure the dishes and glasses as well as bakeware is clean - we had to rewash everything we used the first time

Beautiful space & place!

A beautiful turn-key condo outfitted with all you need for a beach stay! We enjoyed the quiet complex, all parties and families we interacted with around the pool and beach were kind and friendly. We enjoy the easy and quick access to the beach and the 5 minute walk to the Ritz Carlton beach-side restaurant! A special time with family, thankful!

The location of the condo was exactly what we wanted; the interior was very tasteful and the furnishings were nicely arranged. I suggest replacing the patio chairs with more comfortable ones. It would be help for guests with physical disabilities to add grip bars to the bathtub/shower bathroom. We enjoyed our visit in your condo.

Wish we could give a better review.

Nice location, great view, unit not clean but cleaner when we left. Could be a great rental. Outdoor deck not usable because not clean and no furniture except a long table with very small an uncomfortable chairs. Would rent again if the owners could improve the cleaning process and have some comfortable outdoor furniture which is why you vacation in Florida. Would expect this condition for the price in season but certainly not in off season.

This could have been a great stay. The view is lovely, proximity to the beach is great, our condo was very clean, and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. Unfortunately we had no Wi-fi, one bedroom TV never worked at all (the one with the two double beds) and the master bedroom TV only worked consistently on the last full day of our stay. We were told there was a large scale east coast outage but the Xfinity website did not say that and nobody did anything to fix the Wi-Fi during our stay. When maintenance showed up Monday, they said the Wi-Fi for all other units in the building was working. The bigger issue was the outside vent cover for the kitchen range hood banged loudly every time the wind blew, and the weather was windy two full days. The A/C is also finicky. Setting it to 72 gets you a room that is between 68 and 69 degrees. Don’t bother emailing anyone. Nobody responds. You have to call to get information, and there is no maintenance on the weekend so you have to wait for Monday for anything to get fixed (we had a flickering light bulb in the kitchen ceiling for 2 days). This place could be pretty great if the maintenance issues were addressed.

A Heads Up Would Have Been Nice

Amelia Island is great and we will return but will stay elsewhere. We booked this condo for the close access to the pool and the views. The pool directly under the balcony was closed for renovations. While I understand updates and repairs need to be made we should have been made aware prior to our stay. I would not have booked at this location had I known about the pool closure and the constant noise during the day. From 8:00am until 4:00pm we had a construction crew watching us on our balcony. One of my favorite parts a beach vacation is sitting on the balcony with coffee and a book in the mornings. This was not a viable option as power tools really ruined the ambiance. Really disappointed in the poor communication from the rental company. So many great rentals in the area with similar offerings but hopefully with better communication.

Overall we enjoyed this property. The instructions upon arrival were a bit confusing as there was a gate code listed in the property summary, which did not work and then a second gate code listed further down that did work. Our door code that was given also never worked but I was able to reach out to the management company who gave us an alternate door code to use. My only complaint about the property would be the showers. Secondary shower had extremely low water pressure but beyond that, the water was scalding hot and if you turned it to cool, the water flow would stop completely. All family members staying here had to use the Primary shower because of this, which also had a weak water pressure. Everything else was great.

The property and condo were wonderful and we would love to come back. If you plan to do much cooking you will need to bring or purchase many basic items as what’s provided is very limited. Even basic items like a colander, cookie sheet, and storage containers for leftovers were missing. Otherwise, 10/10!
