Enjoy Emerald Towers unit 202- perfectly located with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico! You will find this second floor- two bedroom, two bath unit is well equipped with an upgraded kitchen with granite countertops and a dining area with seating to accommodate six guests. In the living room, you will find a large flat screen television/DVD, as well as televisions in both bedrooms. The unit accommodates 6 guests with a King, two twins and a sofa bed in the living room.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect Winter Escape

It was very clean. Loved the windows in the master bedroom. I could stay curled up in bed watching the ocean. Loved the location and convenience.

As described! Clean, nice heated pool, white sand beach, nice grills to use, not over crowded, friendly people. Wish it had a hot tub but overall a nice stay

Our first Vacasa experience

The house is in an amazing location. The beaches are gorgeous. Everything you could want is within a mile of each direction. The house was older/ dated but if it had been cleaned properly it wouldn’t have been an issue. The AC kept being adjusted by someone - every time we turned it down to cool off and help with the humidity it magically went back up to 70.

Perfect location for beach vacation but can use some improvements

The condo is steps way from the clean white sand beach. There is a heated pool for those who rather not swim in the ocean or when the weather is too cold. The elevators worked great and I felt safe in the gated parking lot. Because the condo is on the second floor and faces the pool, there was little privacy when you sat on the patio because everyone can see you and you can hear everything that is going on at the pool. Make sure to bring your own beach towels and toys because none is found in this condo. Also, buy basic seasonings, coffee, sugar, cooking oil, ect… if you plan to do some cooking in the condo.

Short vacation

Loved the location in Destin. Loved the lani, the grounds, pool area, boardwalk to beach, beach umbrella service. Did NOT Love waiting in the Florida heat and humidity for 25 minutes because VACASA management was unable to give us an early access. Condo was clean but the couch, jetted tub and toilet in the primary bedroom need an upgrade. No kureig, no hairdryer and the sliding doors did not lock. The sliding doors in the primary bedroom did not unlock? Frustrating but not enough to ruin the trip

Inaccurate Description

The beach service is not beach service. You had to pay to have chairs and couldn't bring your own on the beach unless you put behind the rows of chairs the beach service provided for $289 for two chairs. Cockroaches were found four of the mornings when we woke up in different rooms. The staff at Emerald Towers were great and kept the grounds spotless. The rental property was not what it was made out to be in the description.

Nice Place!

We had a great time at 202 Emerald Towers. The rooms were spacious and the balcony was really big. The view looked out over the pool and was fine since we had such a great view of the ocean. The place didn't have any extras like salt and pepper, a stopper for the sink, the trash bags were hiding underneath the bags in the waste cans and extra glasses were in a dresser drawer. I found some dirty plates and glasses put away in the cabinets and the furniture was a bit dirty and the master bedroom mattress was hard. But, all in all, I would stay there again. The elevators were really quick, beach access was really easy and when we couldn't operate the tv, someone was there to help us within about 3 hours. Vacasa people were very friendly and helpful. The pool and outdoor area was immaculate!

I was overall disappointed with the condo. The furniture had a significant amount of stains to the point where I had to go to a store and buy sheets to place over the couches and chairs so my family would feel comfortable sitting on them. If someone leaned on the dining room table, the table top would raise on the opposite end to the point where most of the items on the table fell to the floor. The cable did not work in the master bedroom. There was construction taking place during our stay, we would wake up to loud drilling especially right outside our bedroom window. When I called the front desk, the number was disconnected.

The property is a very close and easy walk to the beach. We weren’t able to connect to the beach wifi…condo wifi worked great.

Lovely unit

The unit was nice and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed our stay here. Tub did drain a bit slow but not a big deal we were just happy to be able to come back to Destin! ❤️

Wasn’t happy with the room

The room didn’t look as the pictures. Couches had stains and little things I didn’t like here there. Very disappointment on what I paid for this room my money was more worth then this room. I like the room 902 a little better then this room 202.

Great Location

We had a few minor issues but overall...it's a beautiful condo with great views of the gulf! We really enjoyed breakfast on the balcony every morning while watching the waves roll up on the beach and the dolphins play in the gulf. It was really nice to have use of the grills down in the pool common area. We spent everyday on the beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Nice getaway.

We got this condo on really short notice. Hurricane hit Louisiana coast while we we there, making for choppy, 2-red flag days, keeping us out of the water but we still had a good time. Still able to lay out. Facility was great. To criticize would be nitpicking. Location is great. My only nitpick is that they wanted me to set up my personal beach chairs behind the first row of rental chairs. But they really don’t enforce this rule. We had a good time.

Condo was very clean and nice. Great view and location. People there (residents) were very nice. Condo did not have a hair dryer. A nice resident there gave me a hair dryer. We left the hair dryer so the Future renters would have one. Front desk was very nice too.

Great vacation spot!

Wonderful location close to everything but with a private beach so not overcrowded. Attentive care from on-site staff.

Somewhat disappointed

The property was nice. Nothing spectacular. Don't like the population of the beach by privately owned chairs and limited space for guests who chose to bring their own. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
