The kitchen is fully equipped with housewares as well as fine upgrades such as granite countertops and upgraded appliances. The living room has a large TV, a DVD, a designer queen sofa sleeper with additional comfortable seating, a round table, as well as a coastal elegant dining space. The primary bedroom includes a large king bed, access to the private Gulf front main balcony, as well as patio seating to enjoy the view. You can also enjoy a spacious primary bathroom with a large jetted tub, a separate shower, upgraded lighting, and a dual sink vanity with granite counters. There is one guest bedroom that features a king bed and another with two double beds, both with designer bedding and full upgraded bathrooms. Also, enjoy the convenience of a full-size washer/dryer to use in a separate laundry room. This wonderful penthouse is equipped with five TVs for added entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
