A BEAUTIFUL BEACH COTTAGE IN A GATED COMMUNITY WHERE YOU CAN RELAX AND PLAY!

Our condo is brightly decorated, fully furnished, and ready for fun. The spacious main living area has plenty of room to socialize and dine, or watch the 52' Flat Screen TV. We have free secure Wi-Fi.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, the downstairs guest room has a two twin beds and the upstairs loft has a queen bed and one double bed. Each bedroom has its own full bath, and a TV with DVD player. The new, fully equipped kitchen has granite counters and all you need to entertain or cook. The screened porch has a table and 6 chairs, great for watching tennis.

It's a 5-7 minute walk to the beach through the wooded resort. In season, there's a golf shuttle.

Great Beach Condo

Beautifully decorated condo with a great location. Seemed seculeded because there was no outside noise.Wonderful thick towels. Great shower in the master bedroom. Well supplied. We did not run out of anything. Kitchen was tight but we don't go to the beach to cook. We really enjoyed our stay.

Perfect vacation

We loved staying at the beach cottage! Plenty of room for adults and kids. Walk to the beach wasn’t bad, and we could drive and park most days. The host was wonderful to work with and kept in contact throughout our stay. Would stay here again!

Wonderful month at the beach!

Hidden Dunes is a lovely property with much to do. This unit was even nicer than it appeared in pictures. Richard went above and beyond, being a great host. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked. It allowed us to have a month of carefree living. I would highly recommend this rental and plan to return next year!

Fall break getaway

My family stayed at this property and had the very best time. The host was very easy to communicate with and very gracious. The condo was very clean, spacious, and stocked well. It had all the things that were perfect for our group, especially with little ones. We spent a lot of time on the covered patio. The neighborhood was very peaceful the walk to the pool and beach was very easy. We would definitely go back again.

Perfect beach spot

This was a really wonderful place to stay. It was clean. The bedrooms were nice and the bathrooms were really great and spacious. The family spaces were large and inviting and the kitchen was really nice with awesome amenities (we particularly loved the waffle maker). The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Parking and check-in were super simple and check-out was equally easy. The beach was so close. It took our little ones a little longer to walk to the beach but it was close enough to have special sunset and sunrise beach memories. It's also pretty close to some amazing shops and restaurants. All together probably our best family beach experience and everyone is already asking to stay here again for our next beach trip. I would absolutely recommend anyone who has a family to stay here.

Family vacation - everything we needed and more!

This is such a great community. We’ve been staying in Hidden Dunes for years and this trip didn’t disappoint. If you’ve never stayed in Hidden Dunes, you are missing out on a true gem. The location is ideal, the amenities are endless, and the beach — words cannot describe how perfect this beach is. Richard was so helpful from the minute we booked. He was attentive and responsive and it helped to make our stay go very smoothly. Since we were coming from the Atlanta area, we brought a ton of stuff thinking we’d need beach toys, chairs, pantry staples, etc. We didn’t need half the stuff we brought because the home is stocked with it all. They’ve literally thought of everything. The layout of the home was perfect for our family with two octogenarians plus two additional families. We all had our own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. That’s saying a lot when you have 8 people who don’t all live together sharing one place. Finally, I could not be more impressed and grateful by how Richard handled us leaving behind a very important piece of luggage. He immediately let me know and we were able to coordinate with housekeeping to get it back within two days. When I realized it had been left, I was absolutely sick about it. Richard was communicative, helpful, and really eased the stress and anxiety I had over the mishap. His cleaning lady was an absolute doll, too. All in all, this was a really great trip and we will definitely return.

Beautiful condo in a beautiful area

The property and condo were beautiful! Owner was exceptionally nice and accommodating! Great restaurants near the property were all excellent. We enjoyed the week very much! Only thing that was disappointing was the fact that we had to pay to play pickle ball, we thought that was included. Overall we had a great vacation, thank you so much!

Matchless Miramar Beach Cottage at Hidden Dunes

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this week! The new living room furniture, the colorful and fun beach decorations, and the incredible living space in this beach cottage provided an awesome experience for our family! We especially loved the screened-in porch for early breakfasts and late evening conversations. The added bonus of being on the second level surrounded by large shade trees was awesome! We also really appreciated the parking spaces available so close to our door. Mr. Sellers was extremely helpful and kind! He was quick to respond to any of our questions! We highly recommend Mr. Sellers’ Hidden Dunes Beach Cottage on Miramar Beach! Thank you to Mr. Sellers and his staff for our wonderful week at the beach!

DESTINation for a Celebration 2023

The on-line photos and 3-D video were exactly as the unit looked however it actually was even nicer than pics/video could show. LOVED having 3 bedrooms with baths. The screened in porch was great to sit and have morning coffee. Beach access so easy. Hidden Dunes Resort was clean, family friendly, and quiet. Owner was VERY responsive and fast in responding to questions. I would DEFINITELY rent again. Location in Miramar was terrific.

Friend group vacation

Six of us stayed and had plenty of room. The condo was very clean, tidy, the host covered everything we needed and then some. Everything was organized and labeled which made the stay easier. Beach was a short walk. We rented a kayak right on the property beach. We even walked to some of the beach shops. Cute Beach decorations. The hosts were amazing!! Communication ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don’t forget to sign the coffee table book.

Beach-A-Full

The residence was perfectly layer out. More than enough room for our family of 5 with children. Once we walked in there was nothing left to do but stock the fridge. It was like being at home! The walk to the beach was beautiful and easy, and we brought several chairs plus a tent. The parking spots were wide and provided extra comfort so I didn’t have to worry about anyone banging up the rental car. The best part was security always had a smile and checked the property regularly so no one cut off our catalytic converter. Thank you.

Great beach condo! Clean, very friendly and great communication from owner, well stocked kitchen for cooking, comfy beds, great internet and convenient to ocean via a short walk. Nice community pool. Highly recommend and I’m super picky. Lol!

From the get to, Richard's communication was amazing. We were very happy with the condo as well. It was clean, well appointed with kitchen tools, towels, beach stuff and more. Everything was labeled (kitchen drawers/cabinets, closets, all light/fan switches, etc) and it made settling in a breeze! If we go back to the area we will definitely reach out again, Thanks!

Great place to rest!

This property was clean and well stocked. The property owner checked on us several times during our stay. You do have to walk to get to the beach, but it was beautiful and peaceful (not too crowded in Oct.). We enjoyed our stay.
