Convenient Creekside condo with large wrap around balcony, close to everything!

GREAT LOCATION! Why spend time driving up and down the winding mountain roads when you can stay here and still enjoy views of the mountains and listen to the stream from your large wrap around porch. You will be less than one mile to the aquarium and downtown, with a convenient trolley stop across the street. There are multiple restaurants within a short drive, including the popular Alamo; you can even walk to some.

The condo is a fully furnished end unit with a large wrap around semi private balcony located on the fifth floor. The kitchen is nicely equipped and has cherry cabinets with granite countertops. There is a breakfast nook with seating for four and views of the city to enjoy with your morning coffee. Speaking of coffee, there is a coffee bar with two types of coffee makers: a drip coffeemaker to make a pot for everyone and a Keurig for individual cups. There is a supply of K-cups, creamers and sweeteners to get you started.

The living room has a sleeper sofa and two recliners for relaxing. There is a flat screen TV with an Amazon fire stick to let you stream your favorite shows with the available WiFi. Both bedrooms have king beds and flat screen TVs. The master has an ensuite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub.
There is a reserved parking space in the covered parking under the condo with an elevator and luggage carriers. The outdoor pool is open every May-September. We supply starter toliet paper and paper towels. No check in or out on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Eve or Day (message for possible exceptions)
