This fine Emerald Towers unit has a contemporary coastal design. You will surely enjoy the breathtaking view of the Gulf of Mexico from a private eighth floor balcony. The kitchen is equipped with full size upgraded stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, as well as everything needed to make home cooked meals. The living room as nicely tiled floors, a microfiber sofa with a lounger and a sleeper built in, coordinating chair, a dining table for four, and a nice separate bar area to prepare your favorite cocktails. The master bedroom offers an elegant king bed, designer bedding, a nice size flat screen TV, a DVD, and access to the Gulf front balcony. The guest bedroom features a lovely queen bed, designer bedding, a flat screen TV, and a DVD player. Also enjoy a CD stereo system and a private washer and dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 8.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great property

Lovely Rental

Clean, conveniently located and nicely furnished. We liked that it was a smaller property so we didn’t have far to walk to elevators, the pool and beach. We did run into an issue with the sofa bed but the company was quick to help and send someone out with a spare bed. Would stay here again.

Paradise On The Coast

We booked this condo last year and absolutely loved its location and great beach access! Any time we come to to Destin this is the only place we will stay!

Beautiful View

The Condo was very clean with a beautiful view of the ocean. None of the electrical outlets in the master bathroom worked. We called maintenance to inform them. They finally called me back 2 days before we left so I said "forget it". The sofa/loveseat could be updated - not comfortable at all. The staff at the condo was outstanding! Steve on beach service was awesome! WiFi was a bit spotty but worked ok.

Update

I had previously left a review, upset that the dryer in our unit was broken the entire stay. Management stated that ordering the part had been done and left the issue at that. I was not satisfied with this as a response. After several calls I was finally given a resolution that matched how difficult this made the trip. While it didn’t change the stress caused by not having a dryer, I felt heard. We were issued a partial refund. I wanted a knowledgement that the booking would not have been made without a dryer in the unit.

Beautiful Location

We loved the location. The view of the gulf was fantastic! We will look at booking at as in. Very pleased! The condo was very clean. The only comment I had was that the master shower had mold in the grout. The ceiling in shower appeared to have water leakage from above.

Lovely view, nice property, great location, lousy property management company

We have traveled & rented similar properties for over 20 years. We know a good property when we find one. This property was lovely - the view is amazing, it was clean (minus the master shower - see comments below) & the location is good. But the property management makes or breaks the experience despite all the great things the owner offers with their rental property. The property management company for this property was pretty much just so-so. The outlets in both bathrooms were not working, & it took over 24 hours for someone to come fix it. We felt like our request for early check-in was handled very poorly since the on-site person who we spoke to who was inspecting the condo said we could check in about an hour early, but when we called customer service because the door code wouldn't work, the customer service organization was mostly polite, BUT NOT FLEXIBLE at all. They were not understanding of the fact that our daughter had started getting sick on our way to Destin, so we just wanted to get in & let her rest. It was an HOUR before our scheduled check in time, and the condo was ready, but they wouldn't budge on their "policy". Sometimes, you just make an exception because it's Christmas time and your client has a sick child. We finally went to the on-site staff at the building (maintenance), & a kind gentleman let us in. One last thing - There was what looked like mold on the ceiling above the shower in the master. Future renters should ask about this.

Everything we needed!

Unit was very clean and well equipped. Kitchen had lots of dishes, pans, utensils. You could certainly save money cooking in instead of eating out. Plenty of towels, blankets, and pillows. Great view from balcony, so soothing to listen to the waves. Very nice pool area and beach access. Convenient to all area attractions.

Great apartment with a view

Good time! I wish there were more then 2 dishwasher/laundry pods and trash bags, but other then that- it was a great place to stay!

The condo was beautifully furnished, and location was fantastic! It contained everything we needed. All linens and cooking essentials were great!. We did have trouble with the sliding glass door lock, which had first been reported in August 2022 in previous reviews. We reported this on a Sunday morning and they said they would have someone fix it. By Sunday night they called us and told us no one would be available to fix it that night. We had to go all night with the door unlocked. The lady from Vacasa told us this before we informed her we were finally able to get the door locked. This is very disappointing that they would not have been anble to fix this. Internet is very spotty and even cut out to the point of Netflix not being able to be played.

Amazing and Beautiful

The condo was perfect with amazing gulf front view. Looking from the bedroom it felt like you were right on the water. I could open the window and sleep to the crashing waves.

Great Place to Stay in Destin

This condo at Emerald Towers was beautifully furnished and right on the beach. The best place we have stayed oceanfront. The amenities were also great...wonderful pool with nice pool furniture, 2 grills and a great fitness center. We watched an industrious person totally clean the grills every morning. There were a few things that needed attention and I told Vacasa about them, the biggest being that the sliding glass doors needed work, thus the 4 star rating instead of a 5. I would highly recommend a stay at Emerald Towers in this unit or any others available.

Great stay

Condo was clean and well stocked. Great location and the building is smaller so very quiet. It would be nice if it had internet though. I was there in December so was too cold to be on the beach. I had to use my phone as a hot spot when I came in from checking out the things to do in the area.
