Le Petite is a newly renovated cottage in Tom Nevers. The cottage is a one-bedroom and it feels roomy and bright. It boasts cathedral ceilings, clean lines, and a calmness you will desire while on your Nantucket vacation. You will love each and every corner including its beautifully designed outdoor deck with a large outdoor dining area. The cottage has everything you will need on your vacation including beach chairs and towels, linens, and bathroom amenities. No Pets allowed and rates are firm.

While not in town, the location of La Petit, with a car, was convenient to access all parts of the island. The property is very well appointed and while small, it was extremely comfortable, clean and functional. So sad to leave and very much looking forward to our next stay!

October in Nantucket

Second time at La Petite! Beautiful and comfortable place and a quick drive to everything Nantucket has to offer. Weather was great this time also, which was a bonus. Hosts were accommodating and communication was fantastic.

Fabulous!

Beautiful little cottage tucked off the beaten path but very close to sconset and 10 mins to downtown Nantucket. As pictured with everything you could need in the kitchen. Would stay again!

This property was perfect for a couple! Very clean, looks just like the pictures, and the hosts were great! The kitchen has everything youā€™ll need and the bed was very comfortable! A great trip! Donā€™t hesitate to book this property!

A retreat at La Petite

Private, well appointed, clean and away from the masses of people in town. Nantucket is so small this place was close to everything. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Cottage!

We had such a lovely getaway! The cottage was beautiful and all the towels, sheets, and the comforter were divine! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the outdoor deck was spacious, and the outdoor shower was a highlight! I highly recommend this property!

A secret GEM!

My fiancĆ© and I stayed for 5 days in November. What a charming cottage and lovely host! Weā€™ve stayed in several rentals on island and this is top of this list. The perfect place for a couple. Everything you need to cook up meals, a well-styled interior, and a quick ride to the bike path. We will be back!

Solid choice in Tom Nevers

La Petite is as advertised. Athalyn is responsive and the property is easy to get to, yet away from the noise of town. I think some small touches could be added (Q-tips, cotton rounds, etc. in the bathroom vanity and the beach chairs & umbrella updated). As far as things go though, La Petite is a solid choice.

Beautiful cozy escape!

The perfect cottage for a couples getaway! The space is all very recently updated with beautiful decor, a comfy king sized bed, and all the amenities you need, while not losing itā€™s Nantucket charm. We were excited to find a grill which we didnā€™t notice in the listing, great for outdoor dinners on the deck. Communication with host was always speedy. We loved being a bit off the beaten path on the island, and found some gorgeous beaches not far from home that we had almost all to ourselves. The house is only a ten minute walk from the WAVE bus which shuttles into town 1-2x/hour, and also goes to Sconset, but having a car would make getting around a bit easier if you want to get to the further stretches of the island. We rented bikes for the week which were perfect for getting to Sconset and local beaches around Tom Nevers, and could get Ubers or used Clydes cab when necessary as well. Overall this was a fantastic find, super clean and comfortable, and would definitely recommend!

Nantucket Getaway

Perfect spot for couples looking for a relaxing stay on Nantucket. The cottage was tucked away outside of town but with easy access to get anywhere. The cottage was clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay.

Beautiful place in a beautiful spot

Obviously, the place is not gigantic. It's a one bedroom and it's pretty perfect for a couple. Kitchen is very nice as well as the bathroom/shower and bedroom. Very clean... Up to date. Highly recommended for a couple.

Exquisite luxury small house

We had the best time at "La Petite". The house is super clean and everything is new. It is exactly like on the pictures. The bed is very comfortable. We also enjoyed the deck. The kitchen is well equipped ( I am a professional cook) and we had breakfast and lunches there. The cottage is away from the noise and yet very easy to get to. If you are a couple this is the best place to stay at on the island. We will be back!

Lovely Escape

Terrific cottage, inspired design, lived up to expectations. On a rainy day, it was comfortable to stay inside, and read a book. On a nice day: eating on the deck, or taking advantage of local beaches = fantastic. Many thanks to our hosts.

Hello and Welcome, Michael and I have lived and worked on Nantucket since 2004 when we decided to make it our home. We have had a long history of renting vacation homes while living here and we have very much enjoyed it. Le Petite is our newest rental cottage and we are very proud of it. We have created a space we would want to stay if we were headed out for our own vacation.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

This property has been newly renovated and our heart and soul went into making it just perfect. Both inside and out no detail was overlooked. The Tom Nevers neighborhood is very close to Sconset which is a picturesque village. You will find a small general store and a few restaurants in the village. Sconset is beautiful for an evening stroll or cocktail at The Chanticleer in the garden.
