Built in 2001, this mountain retreat is the perfect mix of comfort and convenience. Inside, you'll find a bright interior, subtle wood accents, and a living area where you can unwind in the warmth of a gas fireplace. Prepare hearty meals together in the well-equipped kitchen, sit down for dinner and card games at the handsome wood dining table, and bring your coffee and dessert outside to the balcony furnished with comfortable seating.

Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.

In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.

Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I had to call 911 to be rescued. My wife and I were locked inside the outdoor pool area. At 10 PM we exited the hot tub and entered the restroom to change out of our swimsuits. Upon exiting the restroom we realized the pool staff put a chain and padlock on the gate. We were wet, cold and it was 3⁰F. I called the hotel staff and was told the most they can do is submit a ticket but no one will recieve until the next day. UNACCEPTABLE. I called 911 and the local police department had to coordinate with another hotel chain who shared ownership of the pool. Hyatt staff and 3 police officers rescued us 1 hours later with the key to the padlock. At 10AM the next day the VACASA staff finally saw the ticket and called to ask if we were still locked in the pool area. They only offered an apology. This was a potentially life threating situation due to significant hypotherma risk and the hotel left my wife and I to act for ourselves. SHAMEFUL

Amazing Location
The location was amazing, second to none, so convenient, close to everything. The property can use updating as well as the condo. There was plenty of space inside and overall we were happy.

I believe the property was overpriced for value. I do not believe the baseboard heat worked in the bedroom or master bathroom. There was no heat available in the second bathroom. The many lamps in the condo were in disrepair and NONE of them had three bulbs in them to control the amount of light. The furniture was definitely showing its age. That said, the stay at the facility was very welcoming and responded promptly to any needs we had.

Great condo, great location, some issues with maintenance
This is a wonderful unit with 2 bathrooms. The location is perfect: 2 minute walk to lift, close to everything in Breck. Everything about the unit itself is great. The only reason that I'm not giving it 5 stars is my experience with a maintenance request and how it was handled by the front desk folks. The master bathroom had a clogged shower drain. I called and stopped by the front desk 3 times. Each time they claimed that no prior request was logged, and that they logged it for real this time. They didn't. Every time I contacted them, I spoke with someone new who claimed that there was no record of any request. The shower drain was never unclogged. Seems like either their system is broken or just training issues.

Nice Location - Very Cozy
The place was nice, clean, cozy, and right downtown Breckenridge. Location was nice being able to walk downtown without driving. Close enough to Keystone to ski, fat bike in Breck, and ice skate in Breck. The only thing we noticed was there was music played in the business below us around 7am until about 9:30pm. If you are early to rise that's not a problem. We went to bed around 9pm or so, and the music was played until about 9:30 each night.
