The fully equipped kitchen includes fine furnishings, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances - making cooking a breeze. Throw some logs into the wood-burning fireplace to warm up the entire room in the blink of an eye and tune in to your favorite show on the large TV. The condo's balcony affords stunning views of the mountains, Dredge Pond, and the Town of Breckenridge.

The Quicksilver Super6 chairlift is a block away, providing easy access to the slopes. Main Street Breckenridge is also just steps away with its plethora of local eateries and shops. Downtown Breckenridge is also known for its year-long parades and events - making this a fun getaway no matter the season! Come back home after an exciting afternoon in downtown 'Breck' to relax and gaze out at radiant sunset views.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Due to local rules and regulations, the common area facilities are operating on a limited basis. However, not all amenities may be open. This is subject to change at any time.
This studio is not equipped with air-conditioning.
The hot tub is currently out of order.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
