Summary:
Embrace the tranquility of sunrise views over the Atlantic from this spectacular 2-bed, 2-bath beachfront escape in Wild Dunes Resort, Isle of Palms, SC. With direct beach access, a fully-equipped kitchen, and resort amenities, including tennis, golf, and bike rentals, it's the ideal getaway for up to 4 guests seeking an unforgettable retreat surrounded by natural beauty and coastal charm.

The Space:
Once in the unit, the clean and fresh apartment will open up to an ocean view! The kitchen flows into the dining table that seats six and the living area with brand new couches. All of this while you soak in the scene of the Atlantic Ocean.

On the back on the unit, you will have one bedroom with two twin beds with a full bath in the hallway. The Master Bed has a plush new King size bed with en suite bathroom and walk in shower.

Guest Access:
Guest's have access to entire unit, including the breathtaking balcony just off of the living room. Guest's also have access to Seagrove Villa's community pool and private beach entrance.

The Neighborhood:
This property is located just beyond the Wild Dunes Resort on Seagrove Lane. As you drive down Seagrove, you will pass the community pool that you will access to do during your stay. The Seagrove Community allows access to the neighborhood pool that is located directly next to the unit. The pool is open year round but is NOT heated.

Getting Around:
Within the gates of Wild Dunes Resort, the best means of transportation is by bike. The Villa is only .1 miles form the Bike Rental and Tennis Center.

We stayed here for the family beach vacation. The space was pleasant and clean. Had everything we needed plus some. Canā€™t beat the location.

This was the perfect condo for our Wild Dunes visit! The location couldn't have been better and the amenities and decor in the unit were top notch. We will be back!!

Amazing weekend getaway

Clean, well appointed and overlooking the ocean. Fantastic long girls' weekend. Will definitely be back! Perfect size for 2 adults (wish there were 2 kings and no twins, but we made it work). Great communication from host/management company, very easy process.

Great view and access to Ocean

Efficient but not luxurious. A trade off of location for smaller bathroom and bedroom. When I go to the beach first priority is location, and this place checks that box! Great Living Room and Kitchen. Bed was very comfortable.

Wonderful Getaway

This property was absolutely perfect for my husband, and our 21 and 18 year old boys. Just a few short steps to the beach and everything within a decent driving distance. The managers were very responsive before we arrived and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. Getting into the property was quick and easy. We will definitely stay here again...probably one of the best VRBOs we have stayed at.

Beach Wedding

We stayed here so we could attend our granddaughter's wedding. The rental was very nice, very clean and included the basic necessities. The description was unclear so I'll add this: the first-floor rental is oceanfront on the right hand side next to the beach access. We really enloyed our stay and would stay here again.

Short getaway w/amazing view

After having minor surgery, I was looking for a short getaway to recoup. My priority was an incredible view of the ocean, which I definitely found at this cute condo. Even preparing a meal in the kitchen or sitting on the living room sofa, my view of the ocean was gorgeous. Super easy access to the beach with a 1 minute walk. Condo was very well appointed with all the kitchen items and nice linens I could have asked for.

Great spot on the beach

We loved our stay at Wild Dunes. The house was cozy and clean and the view was great. We could walk right out to the beach and watch the sunrise, or relax on the deck with a cocktail while the girls (9 and 11) played on the sand. I wish the fireplace was a working fireplace and the space could benefit from some beach items (towels, chairs, boogie board, buckets) as we did not think to cart all those things with us from Chicago, but we ended up buying a few items for our stay. The kitchen is well equipped and we cooked a lovely dinner one evening and enjoyed Home Team BBQ on nearby Sullivan's Island another night. The pool for this complex is directly around the corner from the condo. It's not heated but it was a nice pool. We also rented bikes from the resort and enjoyed riding around the island and spotting alligators. Overall a great stay!

Wonderful Property - Hidden Gem!

Great property! Unit is beautifully decorated, spacious and very well maintained, just as pictured. Location is perfect! Less than 20 yards from the unit to your umbrella and chairs, a quick walk to the resort for food/ entertainment, Harbor Course Pro shop and yet tucked away in a quiet low traffic part of Wild Dunes. Weā€™ve visited Wild Dunes for years and this is easily our new favorite location. Unit was well equipped with all common needs and necessities. The view from the porch is even prettier than pictured. Weā€™ll definitely be back! Only call out is the WiFi. If youā€™re planning to get some work done, an extender for the back bedrooms would be helpful.

Absolutely perfect beachfront property!

To anyone reading this review, this is THE place. Donā€™t even check out another property. Book now. My husband and I have been coming to Wild Dunes for over 25 years, as the children of property owners and as renters. Hands down this is our favorite spot. The living and kitchen areas are roomy, comfortable and well equipped. But the view is undeniable! That porch is to die for. And you are closer than you can imagine to the beach. Perfection! Only downside is being on the bottom floor and hearing the footsteps above, but Iā€™d do it again!

Great Property, Poorly Managed

The property was gorgeous, great balcony on the beach, beach great, new decor outstanding, though not very clean when we arrived(dried food and spills in the fridge and hair(not ours) everywhere. Communication from King and Society Management Property was not the best before we arrived. They forgot to send our access code, then there was a repair that needed to be fixed during our stay and didn't get to that until 3 days into our stay. We were harassed by the check in guard station every time we re-entered the property because King and Society never gave us our "welcome package" or proper ID to enter. Frustrating! Lots of noise from the tenants above(late night and early morning) - if you are a light sleeper, this is NOT your property. Last, NO amenities- NO hair dryer, kitchen towels, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap laundry soap.

Anniversary Get Away

Couldnā€™t have been happier! Location is primo! Clean, well equipped, convenient to everything. Bonus was finding upscale restaurants and the Burger bar all within a stones throw. Totally enjoyed the pool when the ocean was a little rough. Property manager was attentive when we found an issue a previous renter left. Check in was easy. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Beachfront Spot

We stayed for a long weekend and loved being so close to the beach, the pool, and the Grand Pavilion. We have vacationed at Wild Dunes many times and it is one of our favorite places. This Seagrove condo met our needs. It was clean, comfortable, and generally well equipped. I have found that since 2020 travelers cannot count on vacation rentals to have products like foil or plastic wrap available or to even provide a starter supply of coffee. Such was the case here. Parking is available onsite, but covered parking is not available for this unit. The parking seen in the listing photographs is reserved. The property manager was very responsive once we arrived, but not so much before that. I had questions about beach chair rentals that went unanswered until days before our trip (I asked through the VRBO messenger, and later called) They could easily have referred me to the Grand Pavilion and advised me to make a reservation as soon as possible. Once we arrived, I found that none of the local beach chair rental services were taking new requests. I happened to stumble onto the Grand Pavilion rentals and was able to get chairs for one of the three days we were there. King & Society can do a much better job with communicating Wild Dunes resort amenities and recommendations for guests when the Seagrove property is booked. I would stay here again.

Awesome Location

Canā€™t imagine a better beach location & beautiful property!! Had to be proactive, however, with management company day of arrival regarding gate & property access; arrived to an unlocked property w/dirty dishes. Door keypad was tough, but fine first 2+ days, stopped working, & then despite several requests for a key or a fix, we had to either leave unlocked or have 17 yo son scale the back deck & unlock from inside (4 times). Overall, property was AMAZING, management was meh.

Beautiful condo! Fantastic views of the beach

The condo had been beautifully renovated. The furnishings were attractive & updated. Our stay was short, and we only used one bedroom, but it was comfortable. The view of the beach is unobstructed and you canā€™t ask for a better location for a quick walk on the beach. The only things that I would say need to be changed: the fireplace did not work & weather-stripping needs to be added to the bottom of the entry door. It was cold during our stay & the cold air blows in at the bottom the door, making it harder to regulate the heat. We also would have loved to have a fire. We would definitely return for a fall/winter getaway if the fireplace works. Overall a very nice place for a beach getaway.

11B Seagrove Lane - Mixed Feelings

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice and updated with a great oceanfront view. However this unit has no under building parking, and no place to charge a golf cart very well. And building 11 at Seagrove has a unit with a bunch of stuff under the building which makes it harder to navigate to the pool and beach boardwalk around all their stuff.And the neighbor who lives in the building was very nasty.King & Society is not very good at getting back to you, and donā€™t even think about arriving even 10 minutes early to the unit the code wonā€™t work, we had to call them and didnā€™t get a response and it was after 4pm until we could get in the unit we rented. The unit was lovely but I wouldnā€™t stay in that building again or rent from King & Society.
