Unbelievable custom, brand new, oceanfront 5 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. This spacious new construction home is full of extras. Luxury Vinyl Plank throughout and tile floors in all baths. This beautiful home also has ship-lap accents throughout. Step into the kitchen with a large island bar area. Anyone lucky enough to work in this space will admire the views as well with the open concept. The kitchen offers granite countertops and a large eat-in island that you can multitask as a puzzle or game central. Extras include a panini press, ninja foodi grill, air fryer, and a large roaster. The higher end moldings and ship-lap accents throughout are a nice touch and give a beach feel. Great attention was paid to all the detail put into the property from the built-in bunk beds to the Pottery Barn décor. This home has two covered porches on the oceanfront so you can enjoy the unobstructed views down the beach and the breathtaking ocean blues. Expected a bit better

We stayed here for a family vacation with three small children and six adults, including grandparents. The beach access is excellent, and the location is close to shopping, etc. without being loud. The house is attractively decorated and generally in good condition. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms and layout served our family’s needs well. However, the house did have some shortcomings. We were surprised and disappointed at how small and cramped the living area is, and with the exception of the primary bedroom, how tiny the bedrooms are. The pictures online are definitely misleading in this regard. It was also very off-putting that we had to put sheets on all of the beds upon arrival, especially after a long day of travel. (The bed linens were provided and packaged in plastic wrap, but the beds were not made). We also disliked that we had to provide all of our own basic paper and cleaning products like toilet paper, dish towels, and hand soap (which we were at least told a few days in advance). We were also disappointed that the outdoor sofa was missing all but one cushion, and another plastic outdoor chair was broken. Finally, we disliked that there is no window covering for privacy in the primary bathroom. Overall, the house met our needs, and we enjoyed our time. However, it would greatly benefit from a few small improvements (more silverware, newer cookware, shower curtains instead of old plastic liners, nicer bath towels, etc. )

Good times

The house was very clean. We noticed the outside shower did not work. It seemed we didn't enough hot water for all 12 of us. Overall we love having a beach front house. If I was to recommend a update the chairs for the bar area are too tall. We really enjoyed our stay. We would stay again.

Stay at Beach Pleazzz

This is newly build home that sits right on the beach. The exterior is well maintained and the view of the ocean is perfect. We enjoyed our stay at the beach being centrally located, close to stores, a few restaurants and several options for ice cream. The disappointment is how dirty the inside of the house was. Upon arrival, we were immediately disappointed as coffee stains were throughout the house. It appeared someone has spilled coffee in every room and up the stairs. There was food debris on the countertops and the floor had not been swept. I immediately started cleaning the cabinets and the countertops, ensuring bathrooms were clean. When I went to look for a broom, we’ll the only one there was a small rusty one that barely swept. We ran to the store to purchase a broom to ensure we could sweep the floors while there. After finding half eaten food under the table and the beds I felt defeated. Spent the first day cleaning the house and calling maintenance as only one light bulb in each bathroom worked. We will give maintenance a ten as they immediately brought over light bulbs and assisted later in our stay when we had gotten locked out. The house is beautiful but you really need to get some decent housekeeping before they destroy this home.

Beautiful beachfront home

This is a quiet, new beautiful home right on the beach. Close to everything you would need. The only problem is the cleanliness of this home luckily we brought in things to wipe down counters and to do some mild cleaning. I just hate for such a new beautiful home to go down because housekeeping not doing their job.

Beautiful home and view

We enjoyed our stay during spring break. The location and beach view was perfect for our teens and younger child. The house is well appointed with everything we needed. I noticed previous comments have been addressed such as window shades on all windows and charcoal grill available. We will definitely rent this property again!

Wonderful house!

We thought this house was perfect. Great location right on the beach. The views from the main floor were amazing. Kitchen had just about everything we needed. We brought our own, but there was a pack and play in the closet for use as well as a high chair. Games and children's books as well. The bath towels provided were a bit on the sad side (small and thin) but that may just be the norm for a rental. We would definitely stay here again.

Great beachfront cottage

This was a new build. Enjoyed the facility, May rent again. Couple of very simple items need to be addressed. The master bathroom has a window which needs blinds or curtains. I taped paper towels for privacy. Needs lamps. Overhead lighting can be harsh. Kitchen did not have baking trays or microwaveable plates. This house had 3 sets of steps (2 levels) - could really use an elevator.

An Awesome September Vacation!

This home was perfect for our family of 9. We had plenty of room to gather together as well as private space too. We really enjoyed the beachfront location and close proximity to grocery stores and restaurants. The home is brand new, decorated beautifully and clean as a whistle! We were thrilled with the extra bath linens provided - no need to waste time washing and drying. The kitchen was well appointed with only a few items missing - steak knives and baking sheets would have been nice. A grill would also make a great addition to this home - we bought a cheap one to use while we were there. All in all, it was a great vacation in a lovely home on a beautiful beach! We will definitely be back!
