Complex Update: The beach and pool are now available to guests! Please know that while the beach ramp is fully complete, there is a cone in front of it because it's not yet ADA compliant. They have to re-pave the sidewalk in front of it in order to make it flush. Opus has said guests are welcome to use it in the meantime. For those in mobility devices, there is still a public access point just a couple of minutes away.

The primary bedroom suite has a full size bathroom with a double granite vanity, 6' garden tub, and walk-in shower. The primary bedroom also has a king size bed, large flat screen TV, and a view of the ocean that seems to never to end. The second bedroom has 2 full size beds and a flat screen TV with a full size bathroom directly across the hall. The last bedroom has a queen size bed with a twin trundle and a connected full bathroom. This unit also includes a private laundry room for added convenience.

The oceanfront living room hosts cozy furniture and a flat screen TV. The dining room and fully stocked kitchen have everything you need for enjoying a family meal. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After booking, Oceans Luxury Vacations will reach out to you via email in order to obtain a photo ID and an e-sign rental agreement. If you book a reservation anywhere other than AirBNB and your arrival date is 14 days away or less at booking, we do also need a photo of you holding your ID in order to verify your identity and prevent fraud.
