A large foyer entry greets you as you enter your ocean front oasis. Entry closets are stocked with beach chairs, towels and toys to keep guests entertained. Our fully equipped kitchen will leave the cook in the family smiling :) This condo includes a private laundry area and walk in pantry to add to your vacation convenience.

Guests have use of the recreational areas including an ocean-side heated pool, tennis court, PICKLE-BALL COURT, basketball court, shuffle board court and a sauna for relaxation. There is also a nicely equipped exercise room for all guests and residents to use.
We offer the use of our four personal quality aluminum, belt-driven beach bikes to our guests, this will save you 100's of dollars in bike rental fees!

Our kitchen is well stocked with every culinary utensil you will need! Coffee? You-Betch-Ya! (Barry's Norwegian tongue speaking here:)... You’ll find 3 systems to satisfy your coffee routine! Keurig w/latte maker, Drip-Mr. Coffee, and a French Press! The cupboards are typically stocked with ample seasonings and cooking oils, so check the cupboards before buying these items :)
