Coastal decor through out with a stunning collection of shell mirrors! Perfect for any Holiday gatherings. This 2 story condo is a short walk to Watercolor Beach Club, Downtown WC, restaurants, Dune Lakes, Parks, bike trails in natural forest, shopping & 2 blocks to the famous Seaside Community.

SLEEPS 8 - 6 adults max. (3 kings beds & a bunk bed for 2 children.)
Gulf Views from 2nd story (8 ) west windows! Access to our private pool, to all 8 Watercolor pools, & including KIDS camp Watercolor lazy river..

#2 Coe’s Corner Condo has 3 King beds & 4 bathrooms. Twin bunk beds in living room nook. Beachside is the only Watercolor community on the beach with Gulf views. Our upper covered deck is peaceful shade in summer, Our lower deck is perfect for sunbathing with the relaxing sound of crashing waves. Both decks are up close to birds, deer, pelicans & early morning dolphins. View stunning sun sets, star filled clear night skies. Unit 2 ‘s tranquil beachside setting ensures a relaxing stay. 4th of July fireworks are seen up close from upper deck each year.

Fantastic condo with plenty of space for our family to spread out, relax, and enjoy being right on the beach. We have stayed in other areas along 30A, but we all agree this was the best location for little ones as you are just steps from the pool or the boardwalk to the beach. We will be back!

Shortest walk to the beach!

Location was the number one priority for us. We’ve stayed in this collection of condos a number of times. Loved the bedroom layout of this one with the 3 king beds plus ample living space. Everything was super clean! My only suggestion would be to put some sort of fan on the balcony off of the family room. It was really hot and really buggy but we still spent time out there. Great view of the ocean!

Great condo

This condo was the perfect Location to everything - beach- right in town - across from scratch biscuit and the candy shop- the condo was super clean and beautifully decorated - we loved sitting on the 2nd floor balcony listening to the waves - and the moon at night was spectacular - great host - communication very easy . We would definitely stay here again!

Family Spring Break

Wonderful location. Great place to stay. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (11 & 12) for spring break and had plenty of room. The owner was very attentive and responsive before and throughout the stay (ie-small bike issue resolved immediately). View is spectacular. Pristine beach only steps away. Would return to Watercolor/Seaside and not hesitate staying at this condo again.

Perfect Location

The condo was very clean upon arrival and probably the best location of all the units. Located right next to the beach access and only a few steps away from The Beach Club and all of the other main attractions like shopping, restaurants, and the food truck area. I would highly recommend this property. The owner of the condo is very involved and accommodating. One of the best places we have stayed on 30a.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Enjoyed our stay here! Perfect location because we were a part of the WaterColor private beach but close enough to the center of Seaside that we walked and rode bikes everyday. This is one of the most family friendliest places I've ever been.

A Sanctuary of Comfort and Thoughtful Amenities

My family has rented houses in Seaside and Watercolor for many years. Our stay at this house was, without exaggeration, a masterclass in vacation living and one of our favorite rentals. It seamlessly blended luxurious comfort with unparalleled convenience. The property's comprehensive amenities went beyond basic provisions. I really appreciated the little things like storage bags, spices, coffee amenities that were provided. Thank you! This trip was the first time we have rented a house with direct beach access. We loved the convenience to beach chairs and Watercolor pool. Marcy was so nice to work with and helped make check in/check out seamless. Would highly recommend this beautiful home.

This was an amazing location and property! I hate to leave such a good review thinking I’ll never get to stay here again but it’s awesome. Have your own pool pretty much with a 5 min walk to the beach club and the beach is on your back doorstep. We walked to seaside 4 nights and it tools 10-15 min. We had an amazing time and will be back! Marcy helped us out from start to finish! Bravo!!

You Want to Stay Here !!!!!!!!

I didn't want to leave ... This condo was very spacious, has well appointed furnishings in the bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen, and is situated in an absolutely ideal location!! The owner is quick to respond to any questions, is a good/clear communicator and is a pleasure to work with! :)

Wonderful family vacation!

Wonderful one week stay with 6 adults! Marcy was extremely responsive and quick to communicate. First off the property was beautiful with great views of the ocean from the main floor. The condo was a great size for people to spread out and so many amenities were included. The decor was bright and warm with very comfortable living room. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. Bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable but did have to get use to a Tempur pedic like mattress. The location was perfect, so close to multiple pools and food. We will definitely be back and thank for sharing your perfect condo!

Spring Break Fun

The property works for adults and older teens perfectly. Easy access to beach and pools. Bikes just outside are perfectly situated. It’s like having two levels of living and the decks are great for multiple groups to hang out in morning and evening. Well appointed and the owners are always accessible by phone or text with any questions. Parking spots are convenient and access to a garage space is a plus!! All in all, a wonderful unit and experience. Comfy beds and cozy seating in living room. Having the door cracked open to hear that breeze or enjoy morning coffee on the upper deck is just wonderful!!! 5 stars! Thank u!! We will be back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation house was wonderful! It was clean, pretty decor, and beachfront (from the 2nd story). Comes with 4 bikes, beach passes. Seaside is a short 4 blocks away. (We even walked there one night for dinner.) The home is equipped with very nice linens, towels, dishes. They have a Keurig (also a coffee maker, which didn’t work). Each bedroom has a flat screen tv. You can eat breakfast “al fresco” which we loved. The only negative was that the WiFi didn’t work most of the time (even after re-setting it) and cell service downstairs was poor. But all in all, it was practically a perfect stay!

Family Summer Vacay

Check in was at 4pm and not allowed to check in any sooner so make sure your flights don’t arrive too early. The house was clean and bedding nice. Balcony on second floor great. You can see the ocean some from the second floor balcony but cannot see it from level 1 where Master is. Con was always hearing people above us when we were on the second level in kitchen, bedroom and living room watching tv. Some of my guests said they could hear the people staying above us while trying to sleep in their room and on the bunkbeds in off living room. Parking is very tight. We had a Silverado truck and hard to fit. Other car was sedan and we parked in the garage. Pros Great location, beach close, lots of amenities (especially for littles) food nearby was great and pavilion within walking distance. Marcy was available by text. Recommend to next family.

4:00Check in time is clearly stated on our site, in all the emails we send, -as well as in the rental agreement all guests agree to and sign. We have a professional team that cleans and inspects the home the day of arrival and this process takes several hours especially in peak season. We have some of the most beautiful ocean views from all 8 windows & French doors upstairs from the living room, kitchen, and most especially from the upper deck as stated in our description. Sorry this noise was a problem for your teenage son. This the first complaint ever from noise. We send detailed information on the site about parking- we send 2 emails detailing the 2 parking spaces. They both work! Marcy is available by VRBO email, text and by phone and is stated as well on all our emails as well as my phone number is on the site. Andrea also wrote to us privately what a beautiful home we had and they had created wonderful memories, along with praising us on as how clean the home was. She said she would take good care of our condo and that she would “ highly “ recommend it to all the families she knew! Marcy was a great host. This condo is in the best location in Watercolor if you want more than a room at the inn and want to be on the beach. Everything was very clean and well appointed.This was the perfect amount of space for us and we're grateful to have spent a week there.

Great location

We stayed here for a week, and the location was perfect for our family of 5 and 2 grandparents. Easy access to the beach, lots to do in the area, great restaurants near by. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had since this was our first visit to watercolor.

Beachside #2 condo is located right ON THE BEACH! We are steps away from boardwalk. Great for children and adult stays.
Emerald Water views from our home are awesome. You will have access to our PRIVATE pool as well as to the many pools throughout Watercolor Resort. We are located Directly next door to the Watercolor Inn, Downtown Watercolor, & Sea Side is next door to the West of us ! We are close to easy enjoyment to all the amenities. No need to bring a car, but if you do drive, we have 2 parking spaces.
