You can't stay any closer to both the beach access AND the Watercolor Beach club then this luxury two-story open floor plan condo! This condo's porch is ONLY 5 steps to the beach access. This is in the ONLY BEACHFRONT condo development in Watercolor. You have wristbands with this condo for private beach access and privileges to our private pool and all of the Watercolor resort pools!
This CORNER condo is has been completely updated! Beautiful! All bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dry bar, stairs, decor, etc.
This luxury condo has 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. This includes 3 king beds as well as a set of bunk beds.
Accommodations for 8 guests (Max 6 adults).
Enjoy two covered balconies and amazing 30A sunset views!
Enjoy private beach gates and a private pool just steps out the door. Guests also enjoy all of the Watercolor resort pools including the newly renovated Watercolor Beach Club and Camp Watercolor. Seaside is also just a few minutes walk from the condo.

Our family of 4 stayed at this condo and it was perfect for us. Everything was so clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen had all we needed and the location was great! The digital guestbook they sent in advance really helped us with planning our trip. We would stay here again!

Best location in Watercolor!

Nikki and Terry were helpful and accessible hosts. I have stayed in Watercolor for 25 years and found this unit to be the cleanest and most conveniently located we have ever stayed in. Nikki was so forgiving about some wear and tear we put on the rental and kindly got a cleaning plan in place. I highly recommend staying at this property or any of her other rentals.

Great home and great location!

The property was in an excellent location and the pictures don’t even do it justice! The location to the beach and Seaside couldn’t be any better. I mostly dealt with Nikki and she took care of any need we had and was super responsive throughout the entire process. I would 100% recommend this home if you plan to visit the Seaside area.

Amazing Property & Host

I can't say enough great things about the property and our host, Nikki. In my opinion there is not a better location in Watercolor than this condo. Views are gorgeous, steps from the beach and from the WaterColor Inn. The condo itself was beautiful. You can tell it was recently updated and they spared no expense. The check-in/checkout process was a breeze. The app contains all the information you need for your stay and then some. It was such a great feature and made our vacation easier to navigate. In short, we loved our stay so much we are planning another one next year.

Spring break perfection!

This property is absolutely perfect! The interior is classic, beautiful and serene! The location is unbelievable, we barely ever got in our car or rode a bike… everything was in walking distance! Most importantly the beach was just steps away! It made life very easy to quickly go back if your forgot something… which was a big bonus for our crew! Lastly, the view was amazing and perfect for sunset gazing! It truly was the perfect Spring break! Thank you Nikki and Terry for everything!! We will definitely be back!!

Everything was immaculate upon arrival! We cannot say enough about how gorgeous the place was as well as the location. We fell in love. Absolutely perfect! Nikki and Terry were helpful and available throughout our stay as well as before we arrived. We already cannot wait to book our next visit!!!

Fantastic all around

My family stayed here over New Years and have stayed all over the Watercolor/30A area for the past 6 years and this is by far the best location we’ve ever stayed. Nikki is fantastic, communicative, and the condo is stunning and EXTREMELY clean and well equipped. We will be back!

Fabulous 40th getaway!

We cannot rave highly enough about this amazing beachfront condo! It was spacious, well-appointed, immaculately clean and had breathtaking views of the ocean! Beautiful Place!

The house was just as pictured. It was exceptionally clean and beautiful! The owners were very responsive and all instructions were very detailed and easy to understand. Our family of 6 had plenty of room, and really enjoyed the closeness to the beach. We also loved that there were so many restaurants and shops within walking distance to the house. Just a beautiful and fun place to vacation!

This home is just spectacular! The renovation is absolutely stunning, no detail overlooked. Sparkling clean, elegantly decorated, fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation. I love so many things: the beach views, the closest home to beach access (own access to the boardwalk!!) comfortable beds, beautiful linens, every convenience imaginable. To top it off, Nikki truly cares about your stay and was available for every question we had. If you are reading this review, go ahead and book it. I am not one to write reviews because I’m overly picky, but this one deserves all the stars. We are so happy to have finally found “the rental” after many years of coming to 30A.

Wonderful experience

Great hosts, great location, great home that was freshly renovated. Aside from how comfortable the home is, being so close to the beach and a stroll over to the little town area were some of the other highlights. We are already thinking about when to plan our next stay!

This is the best spot to stay in water color so convenient no driving or biking over to the beach to unload its ocean front steps from the sand and resort pool. Great for teens to bike to seaside square. Great walkable location to all water color and seaside
