All Sterling Breeze guests will need toĀ registered for Parking Permit(s). The registration fee is $50 per vehicle and is mandatory and required by Condominium Association. This fee includes all amenities, pool armbands and parking pass(es). This fee is in addition to the booking. Only 2 parking passes allowed per unit. Details to obtain parking passes and armbands will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel Instructions after you book your reservation. Shopping carts are also reserved through the concierge and cost is $5 to get a token, which you will get back once you return the cart. Ā

Exactly as described

The property was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Everything was clean. The elevator was a fast ride up and down, which I appreciate with being on the 10th floor. No complaints, itā€™s in a good location and close to Pier Park.

Beautiful condo with amazing location

The condo looks exactly as the photos. Only negatives I noticed were the light under the microwave was burnt out and the fridge light was burnt out. But thatā€™s literally it!!!! I would highly recommend this condo! Breathtaking views! I was confused thinking a grill was just on the resort property like other places Iā€™ve stayed, but it was actually on the balcony which was a wonderful surprise! There is also an actual coffee pot in the unit as well. Not just a kuereg.

Stay was great! The condo was spacious and clean. The location was great. Loved the view! The master bedroom was beautiful. The only thing that made me not give it a 5 was the bunk room/beds. My kids are teens and traded, half the time, one in 2nd bedroom and one on bunk. They said the bunk room was kinda loud and the beds weren't that comfortable. Master bedroom bed was a 3/5 probably. I wasn't a big fan of the washer/dryer. All little things that weren't a big deal. But, I would definitely stay here again! The place was gorgeous and I really liked the beach chair service.

Nice condo right on the beach with amazing views!

Loved the condo and the location! Very beachy and comfortable. All dishes, glasses, pots/pans, small appliances were provided in kitchen needs. A bit disappointed that we had to purchase trash bags, dishwasher detergent, paper towels (1 roll provided), toilet paper (1 roll provided for each bath) but there were 6 of us and there was only one kitchen towel and washcloth. We expected to buy laundry detergent and softener as it was stated on the VRBO. Lost internet for 1 1/2 days and it happened to be raining those days so not much to do. But that isn't the condo's fault it was an AT&T issue. Will and Jill were for helpful and response time was great. I would recommend for a group of 4 - 6 looking for a nice condo on the beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wow, this place is a must see. The place is stunning. The decor is so lovely and the unit is so clean. Definitely 5 stars on this particular unit.Sterling Breeze as a whole though...they HAVE to figure out the elevator situation. People were irrate all week because they were down to one elevator. I understand that they are making repairs on the second elevator but it seems like it has been an on going issue for over a year. Even having 2 functioning elevators doesn't seem like it would be enough for the volume of people. Being on the 10 floor it was quite a hike to take the stairs. Anytime we had our beach gear we were forced into waiting for an elevator. My husband just had his achilles tendon repaired so he can't take the steps. On check out day he waiting on the 10th floor for an elevator from 9:40am until 11:15am and he was still waiting. He ended up crawling backwards down 10 flights of stairs just so we could leave! We witnessed multiple people screaming at staff about the elevator situation. It was unfortunate and our heart went out to all the employees. Obviously it's not their fault and they were taking the brunt of guests anger. If you plan to use the elevator just resign to the fact that you will need to wait 10-20mins each time and much longer during check in/out days. If you're able to book a lower level condo and take the steps it would be a giant time saver.They also don't have any mind of ramp out to the beach. You're forced to use the stairs. That's kind of a bummer when you have a beach cart or wagon but it was doable. The pool and hot tub were nice and while we didn't end up using the bar it appeared to have good food and drinks at a reasonable price.Overall we loved our stay but we won't be back until there are two working elevators or we would be forced to book a lower level condo.

Mini snowbirds

The unit was updated. For the most part it was comfortable...the main bedroom mattress was too soft for my taste. The property manager worker with me to try to correct this. He also address a few other issues very quickly after I talked to him, which was very nice. The building was clean and very well maintained. Elevators were quick and efficient. It was nice having the option to have 2 lounge chairs in March.
