Your very own beach bungalow steps from the beach awaits you! Located in the gated community of Oceanside Village. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath home features an open concept. Each bedroom has brand new comfy beds with linen and pillows provided. This home features new Laminate flooring throughout the whole bungalow. The living room features a couch, recliner and barrel chair. Nice sized fenced in yard with deck and BBQ grill, use of golf cart , beach chairs , beach towels, Newer HVAC. Indoor outdoor pool , water park , play ground, tennis, baseball, basketball , bocce, horseshoe pits, fishing, playground , library, dog park and Private Beach Parking. NO smoking allowed! The golf cart drivers MUST have a drivers license in order to operate it! The golf cart must remain on Oceanside Village property. We provide wireless internet and Roku TV. We take pride in having a clean, comfy beach home for your enjoyment . Pet fee is $150 , Please note that there will be an added pet fee of $50 for each additional pet

The perfect place to stay! free beach parking, golf cart, pool, and our dogs loved the fenced in yard. we will be staying here again. ken, the owner was so nice and helpful!

We loved our stay at this cute home! The house is very clean & roomy. We enjoyed the short golf cart ride to the pool & the beach. The fenced in yard was great as well. Ken was very quick to answer & is super friendly!

I can’t say enough great things about this property, Ken, or our stay. The home was ready and waiting when my husband and I checked in. Ken reached out early to get our information to give to the gate, and any questions I had, he was a quick phone call or text away. We brought our mini dachshund and the yard at the home was perfect!! We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful clean beach house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location of the house to the pool and a short golf cart ride to the ocean! The house was very clean with several amenities provided. Beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the living area and outdoor patio!

Great Beach house

Great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute vacation home. The home was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Ken was a great host, very responsive, and even let us check-in early! The best part was having a pet-friendly rental with a fenced-in yard, so we could include our dogs on our Christmas vacation. Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning!

I would stay again

We had a great time. The location is close to the beach. The property was very family and dog friendly. The place is in a gated community with many things to do. The security there was very friendly and helpful. The property manager was awesome and had great communication with us.

Amazing vacation!

The home was exactly as advertised. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The amenities were great for the kids and the beach only a short golf cart ride away made the location extra special. Having the fenced in yard made traveling with the fur babies much easier too. The owner was extremely helpful and very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

Seaside Family Escape

Clean and neat with all the supplies needed for a great vacation ( beach chairs, umbrellas, fenced in yard for dog, golf cart, essential cooking items). Ken was prompt and helpful with any questions or concerns. My family all enjoyed our time at this gem of a home in Oceanside Village.

Great family vacation

Wonderful house and location. My son and nephew enjoyed the close proximity to the ball field and basketball court. Outside deck was was shaded most of the afternoon and we were able to see the fireworks on the beach in the evening. Fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog. Enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and on rides through the neighborhood. All in all a great week!

Anniversary Vacation was Awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay. The fenced in back yard makes this unit very dog friendly, even though our dog preferred his many walks. We cooked most of our meals, and found everything we needed. Only minor issue was the remote for the DVD player was missing, and it didn’t work without it. Owner did a good job of checking up every couple of days. Having a golf cart available for use was a huge plus, as we used it every day to get to the beach, pool, and hot tub. We would stay again at this unit.

Great location

This beach house is in the gated Oceanside Village with lots of amenities. The street the house is on is quieter than some of the locations inside the community. We had everything we needed for our week stay and was comfortable. The outside deck area and fenced in area was great for our dogs. I spent a lot of time in the evenings there with a cool breeze and cocktails. We were close to Murrells Inlet and great seafood. Everything you would need is close by. The golf cart made getting to the beach with my Down Syndrome daughter so much easier and she enjoyed riding and seeing everything. We hope to get back next year!

Obsessed with Oceanside Village

Best beach vacation we have ever had as a family. The 2 bedroom 2 bath unit was the perfect size for us. The unit is decorated beautifully and well stocked!!! The beds are comfy and the AC was great!!! We really enjoyed the golf cart and our pup loved the fenced in yard!!! It was so very relaxing and a wonderful quite gated golf cart community. Ken Dyer was a great host with great recommendations for the 4th of July and great places to eat!!! Greggs Cabana Grill seafood platter night, Bubbas fish shack all u can eat catfish, the conch cafe beachfront dining and Mojo’s brunch at Murells Inlet!!! We are hoping and planning to make this our yearly family trip!!! Can’t wait to return to this unit!!!

Excellent Holiday Stay

I rented this property twice. Each time, the property was immaculate. Location is excellent. House is well supplied, with a fenced yard and golf cart. My dog was welcome. The owner is very accommodating. I highly recommend this property.

Not long enough

Although there are some things that need attention, I enjoyed being able to take my fur baby and not worry about him in the yard with it fenced. Thank you for helping me get TV going and even willing to set up umbrella and chair on beach. Great host.
