The entire property has 2 duplexes (4 houses), so there may be interaction with other guests outside of your private space. The outdoor amenities (pool, outdoor dining, fire pit, bocce ball) are shared among all four houses. We ask everyone to be kind and courteous while staying at our property.*

-Bedroom #5 (Master) - 2 Queen beds, 1 semi private Twin daybed (nook), en suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

-PARKING: The vehicle gate can be opened from the inside of the fence. Please keep vehicle gate closed at all times besides vehicle egress/regress. The driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles, END TO END (1 car wide), depending on size (41 feet long). We ask that our guests bring no more than 2 cars unless authorized by Host in advance.
-Tons of windows to let in light for a very open feel.
-Living/Dining/Kitchen: Big fully furnished living room with a large Smart TV. Roku with streaming Netflix subscription. Log in to other streaming apps with your subscriptions **There is no cable TV**. Very large kitchen is great for meal preparation, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. All needed basic cooking ware and dining ware.
-Bathrooms: 3 full bathrooms. Master bedroom has private, en suite large bathroom (2nd floor). 2nd bathroom located on 1st floor next to kitchen. 3rd bathroom on 2nd floor in hall. Soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided.
-Clothes hanging space in each bedroom.
-Multiple full length mirrors.
-Energy efficient central HVAC.
-High speed WIFI.
-Fresh towels provided.
-Fresh coffee and tea. Filters, creamer and sugar provided.
-Washer and Dryer available. Laundry detergent provided for on-site laundry.
