Great location and floor plan for a large family.

Great house for our family of 7. Our five kids ages 4-17 all had all they needed for a great trip and easy access to the beach. Loved the lay out of the floor plan and how it all worked. Was a quiet place and loved the location. Mid April we pretty much had the beach to ourselves as there were few people around. Perfect stay

Awesome Place

Out of all the years weā€™ve been coming to PCB, this by far was the best. Great location, not congested, easy parking, easy access to the beach, townhouse was clean and modern. Looking forward to next year.

Beautifully updated(mostly) property, great location!

Loved the decor, gulf view. Missed having a hairdryer-sadly disappointed when I didnā€™t find one on property. Location close to many good restaurants. Fabulous beach views.

We love The Shores!

We've been staying at The Shores for over 35 years now. We love this unit. The layout of these condos is so great for families or really anyone that prefers to be right on the beach and away from all the high rises. Our only note is that the kitchen could be a little more well stocked. We needed a colander as we were prepping dinner one night and didn't have one. And as most rentals, it would be great to have a few more kitchen towels to make it through the week. Check-in and Check-out were super easy. We had a lovely week!

Great location in quieter area with a peaceful beach. The townhouse is clean and well equipped. My only warning is for people with large vehicles. Parking may be tight and if your truck is raised you may not fit in the parking area. Otherwise, highly recommend!

Spring Break - 2025

These townhouses were very quiet. The beach was very family friendly and not crowded. There is only parking for 2 vehicles (which is what the listing stated) The house was perfect for our group of 6 adults/teens.Kitchen was well stocked and there were 3 coffee pots one being a Keurig. There was not a colander, which wasnā€™t a big deal but we like to read reviews to see what we need to bring with us. The toaster has seen better days but works. The hot water was minimal and we had to stagger showers and the water doesnā€™t get very hot. The water pressure is very low and there were problems with the drains draining in the downstairs tub and the sinks. Overall we loved this place and would book again if we had a small group like we did this year.

No issues with the place, except the garage door entry, which leads to the interior door to gain entry into the home. Garage door code entry would take close to 10 minutes sometimes before it worked. Interior door code worked quickly and easily every time. We just left the garage door open until bedtime and kept our vehicle locked. The place itself is nice. Very convenient to be able to walk right out onto the beach or have dinner from either of the two balconies overlooking the beach. Vacasa was basically impossible to reach after check-in. They were very thorough prior but several attempts to reach them to discuss the severe delay with the garage door were all unsuccessful after 20 minutes of being on hold. We would certainly stay here again, but havce plenty of discussion with Vacasa, prior to arrival, about the garage door code.

Great Location! Nice Townhouse with some exceptions.

The property is very nice and the location is amazing! Great access to beach and great views, as well. While the townhouse decor and setup is really nice, there were some missing things that kept this from being an overall 5-star stay. The kitchen lacked basic staples that should be included in any site at this price point. There was no salt, pepper, sugar, coffee, filters, etc. There were only two dishwashing packets and no extra garbage bags for a 4-night stay. Half of the beach chairs were broken. The king bed in the master bedroom was pretty firm. Very easy to put a thicker, more substantial topper on this. And the sheets on the king bed were queen size so they kept coming off. We had a great time here and these things were not deal breakers, but they should have been addressed. It should also be mentioned that the exterior of this set of townhouses is very worn and decaying. But it seems that they are being remodeled, starting further down from where we stayed.
