Welcome to your spacious yet cozy third-floor escape, perfectly situated along the Gulf and just three miles from beautiful Perdido Key State Park. This thoughtfully designed retreat features comfortable furnishings, stylish décor, modern electronics and appliances, and upscale touches throughout.

Gather in the bright, inviting living area with plenty of room for everyone to unwind. Large sliding glass doors open to an expansive covered balcony where you can savor your morning coffee with sunrise views over the Gulf or enjoy a peaceful dinner under the stars while listening to the soothing sound of the waves.

After a fun-filled day at the beach, retreat to one of three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Each room offers plush bedding, high-thread-count linens, and a relaxing atmosphere to ensure a restorative night’s sleep during your well-deserved getaway.

As a guest, you’ll also enjoy access to a wonderful selection of shared amenities, including a sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and tennis court — everything you need for a memorable and rejuvenating coastal vacation.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Wonderful condo. Spectacular views. Excellent location. Comfortable beds. The fully equipped kitchen was nice along with the furniture. The coastal interior decorations were welcoming. I highly recommend this property.

Enjoyed Our Stay

I've stayed at Sandy Key for a number of years. I like the layout of the condos there. This was our first stay in this condo. The condo is nice and roomy like the others. It was clean. The decor is simple. We did experience a couple of problems while staying here, but the Vacasa host, Mina, was very helpful and provided a solution to the microwave. All of the appliances in the condo need to be updated. I won't go into details but every major appliance except the washer has problems. Everything was reported to Vacasa. I think the owner needs to bite the bullet and replace all of them before something bad happens. I don't want this to sound like a bad review because we DID enjoy our stay. We would likely stay again if all of the major appliances were replaced.

The condo was clean/the kitchen had all that you need . The bed was very comfortable . It had beautiful Porch view of the gulf/ it was a short walk to the beach . It has a Nice pool outside / tennis courts/ BBQ . I would love to come back and stay in this condo My stay was very enjoyable and this was a wonderful condo

Great place for family if four

Great location in Perdido Key, close to grocery store and restaurants. The unit was very clean and roomy for our family with two kids and a lot of stuff. The balcony was huge with a fantastic view. I give it four stars because the lock on the entry door was warped and was difficult to unlock which was a challenge with a handful of beach gear and small kids, but hopefully it will be fixed soon.

Girls trip

Great unit to stay in. Not in an area where you can walk to eat though so you will have to drive to eat out. Not a problem for our group. We enjoyed every minute and the unit was perfect.

Beautiful area and condo

Property was as described except beach had eroded and narrowed so crowded. On site Property staff was excellent but we were very displeased with vacasa. I called before we left to get after hours check in information and was told I would be text when room was ready with code to get keys. Did not happen. Started calling and messaging before we went through the tunnel in mobile and did not get information on how to get into condo until AFTER we arrived on property. Was on hold for 40 minutes. in car in route to condo and spent another 20 minutes talking with staff who finally was able to get information to get us in condo after sandy key staff also helped. Text message I left before mobile when on hold for so long was returned THE NEXT MORNING! Then were given wrong armbands and had to exchange them with condo office. Sandy key was very nice and helpful and would go there again. But would not use vacasa to rent.

Great place to stay

Came with my friends and we had a great time! Plenty of room for everyone. Very nice decor and maintained. You are out of the busy section and a good piece of a drive from places to go out to. Just so you know. Was great for us though.

Overall-Great place

Overall, the place its self was great!! Lots of room, nice decorations and a great view. It had all the kitchen items you needed. Stores were close as well. My only “issue” was communication and the process it took to get ahold of someone before check in. We came down for a funeral and twice I had questions prior to check in. I sent an email, with no reply, left my phone number for a call back which was not returned as well as calling in twice and being on hold for an hour before being able to speak to someone. I understand it was a holiday weekend and with the pandemic going on however there should have been an easier way to be able to communicate with staff.

Huge let down - BEAUTIFUL location, AWFUL experience.

We traveled 15 hours so we could visit our son that is stationed at the Naval Base for Thanksgiving. Our daughter got stuck in the master shower. We wondered why she was taking so long (after about 35-40 mins we figured surely the water had to be cold by then) and checked on her and she was trembling, crying and her face was deep red. The door wouldn't open (it must have gotten a suction??) and it was so sound-proof in the unit we had not idea she was in distress. She thought we'd left her and she was terrified. We had trouble getting the door open and considered breaking it and how to help her climb out to get her out, but it finally opened after several minutes of taking turns trying to open it. Overall the unit was clean, for the most part, but we'd never stay there again. We had to provide even the most basic of necessities that weren't very well represented in the listing. (The "extra toilet paper & linens" that were supposed to be "under the vanity" were not there, no replacement trash bags, and not enough of the cheap cleaning supplies to use since we were required to do the laundry & dishes.) We are Gold Reward Members and are supposed to get free late check outs. We weren't allowed one unless we paid another $69, so we had to remove all bedding and linens, start the laundry, leave the unit to check out and go to the off-site office all by 10 am. It took hours to get a call back from the office about my husband's work phone he'd left there. We stayed around Pensacola for several hours after checking out, waiting to get it and the maid never turned it in. It then took 3 days to finally get a call from the shipping company. By then it was too late. We even traced the phone all over Perdido that day, as the maid kept it with her. We finally had to report it stolen and ordered a new one. Very unprofessional and it cost us another hotel stay because we waited around for so long. The location is amazing and the view is breathtaking! Unfortunately the "bad" outweighed the "good". Also only one pool was heated and the hot tub was barely "warm". Very disappointing. Customer service checking in and out was great! Perhaps this was just a bad experience, but this unit needs to address the shower door before they get sued. Our daughter trembled for hours and she's 12! We spoke with a resident of another unit that owns it and he said the HOA has ignored the numerous requests to fix the pools and hot tub. Even he's fed up with the building.

Beautiful condo

Very nicely decorated with modern appliances. Only issues were faucet in main bath leaking and fixed next day. Scrapper at bottom of main door off and not repaired during our stay. Opening large enough for insects or vermin to enter. Still an A grade overall. Check in was smooth with very accommodating staff.

Beautiful condo

The condo was beautifully furnished and very comfortable. We have stayed other units at Sandy Key and this was the nicest. A couple of items to note. One is that the listing indicated there was a DVD player, but there is not (and our son came prepared with his DVDs). Also, there were 5 remotes on the ottoman and a very nice tv but zero instructions so it 30 minutes just to figure out how to get HD. We never could get the bedroom TVs to work. The dryer is not functioning correctly and it takes 3 cycles to dry one load. We had a great 4 days of beautiful beach and would come again.

Good Trip

The condo was a little outdated but clean. The balcony needed sweeping. My only complaint is that a couple of nights we could not use the balcony because the people above us were smoking on their balcony. The smoke also entered our balcony and made it impossible to sit outside.
