Gulfside Villa is a rare, 8-unit low-rise condominium located directly on the sparkling Gulf of Mexico with a private patio overlooking Perdido Key's beautiful blue waters and sugar white beaches. This beachfront bungalow is a short walk up to the top floor where the west end location has the most amazing views! We're not sure which you'll love more--the balcony views or the incredible modern renovations. The owners thoughtfully decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. This condo is truly a little slice of beach paradise.

Quaint Beach Getaway

We enjoyed our stay and loved being able to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves. The beach access was nice too.

Beach Vacation

This home was stunning, clean and perfect! The direct beach access and view was our favorite! Thank you so much to the host for providing such a beautiful vacation spot for our family! We will for sure return!

Perfect place for our family. The upstairs suite was nice for a couple. The downstairs bathroom was a bit cramped, but all worked well and everything was really clean. We loved the quick access to the beach. This unit was exactly as advertised and the check in process was so easy since the realty office was just across the street. We had no issues and would book this unit again. We had family book the neighboring unit and that worked well for us. Made for a great family beach vacation.

Location location location!

This was the perfect spot! Clean, comfortable and steps away from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. Just know there are a lot of steps to go down to the beach but we loved the proximity and being in an 8 unit building.

Beautiful Condo

Overall I was very impressed with the property! However keep in mind the stairs, especially if you have older family/friends. That’s really the only thing I wish were different. Very clean and check in was super easy.

It was just OK. What wasn't included in the description was the fact that there were 3 flights of stairs to get into the unit, and a 4th flight to the master bedroom. My ex-wife and I are elderly and the stairs were a huge issue. In fact, my legs became weak and I fell, resulting in a few bleeding wounds.. Also there were no places in the unit to put suitcases other than the closet. One additional minus is the fact that there were no appliances are otherwise with USB ports. We would NEVER stay there again.

Perfection!

The complex is small, which is what I was looking for. The condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the beds and sheets and pillows were very comfy. The stairs to the condo where a little hard on my older parents, but they managed. I would definitely book here again.

Hidden gem

This small little condo building could be easily overlooked with the taller buildings around, but let me tell you, this place is a hidden gem! We had my 4 month old with us, so it was so nice to be able to use our own beach equipment without worrying about the restrictions bigger condos have. My 5 yr old loved it as well! Everything was so nice and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

Perdido Key Paradise

The condo was clean and quiet with a fantastic view of the beach. The description of the property was accurate. The rental agency is directly across the street from the condo, which was convenient. The only things renters need to be made aware of is the check-in time is dependent on when the unit is cleaned so it could be anytime between 4:00 and 5:30 PM. That was not clear to me when I booked. Also, there is not much privacy in the bathrooms due to the louvered doors. Other than that, this was a great place to stay!

Just Okay

Overall, my stay here didn’t quite meet expectations. While there were some positive aspects, there were also several areas that left much to be desired.Pros:- Convenient location- Not a high-rise, offering a more relaxed atmosphere- The unit was clean upon arrival- Smooth check-in and check-out process- Recently updated unit with modern amenities- Enjoyable TVs and reliable Wi-Fi- Comfort of the beds was mixed—some found them comfortable, while others did not.Cons:- The public beach can get crowded, leaving limited space to enjoy.- The bathrooms are extremely small, and the lack of doors created a disturbance during early morning hours, especially with the lights waking others up when getting ready for an early fishing charter.- Lack of privacy throughout the unit.- No direct beach access except through the unit itself, making it inconvenient to transport beach gear like chairs, tents, and other items.- The property’s upkeep was disappointing. Stairwells were often dirty and full of sand, which seemed neglected compared to other properties I’ve stayed at. Be prepared to track sand inside.
