Beach Colony Resort West is Navarre Beach's newest property and is a luxury, high-rise condominium complex that sits directly in front of the Gulf of Mexico and is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Beach Colony Resort offers many property amenities for guests to enjoy while on vacation. It has the largest resort swimming pool on Navarre Beach, charcoal barbecue grills, private beach access, a professional tennis court and a fitness center. This complex also offers covered parking, and it is within walking distance of all the beach activities, restaurants, and bars.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beach 2025

We have been coming to Navarre for 17 years and this was our second year to stay in this unit. We absolutely loved it and plan to continue staying here. The property manager is fantastic, the unit is clean and convenient, and the staff at Beach Colony are friendly and helpful. We definitely recommend

Overall, we would not book with Vacasa again

We were not overly impressed with the way vacasa makes you pick up your bands and parking pass off site or with the lacking items in the condo.

Wonderful condo

The pool was awesome and very accessible for our unit. The beach was also right there and easily accessible. I would highly recommend this unit. We had one issue with a cabinet door falling off into my hands when I opened it, and the maintenance guy came that same day and put it back on. This is not to be negative in any way (just informative) and probably the difference is we've been staying in individual homes or cabins for some time now, and not a condo, but just for those planning to go, there's nothing in way of condiments, coffee filters, salt/pepper, etc. There's a super nice kitchen, but be sure to bring your own things or plan to purchase them once you get there.

Spacious Comfortable Condo

We loved the comfortable beds and how much space the condo had. We had a nice view of the beach and pool. We loved the lighting fixtures and jacuzzi tub.

Painted like a child did it

First, it was VERY clean and we liked that! However, the decor was vintage thrift store. There were weird black light fixtures in the kitchen and two orange beaded chandeliers, one over each table. The leather furniture was in the colors of 1970's appliances. Avocado Green, Harvest Gold, etc. One of the leather chairs had a big magic marker stain on it. The chairs on the balcony were worn and looked rusted. And there was a lot of sand on the balcony table. The painters didn't do any cut-ins to avoid getting paint on light fixtures, ceiling, etc. And the beds were quite uncomfortable. It wasn't horrible but needs upgrades to remain competitive.

Stay at Beach Colony Resort 2F

The sliding door in living room was VERY hard to open. Seems like it's not on track or something. We could only get it open about 12 inches. Also, in the bedroom with 2 beds there was a missing remote. Had to turn off and on the tv manually or search for a different remote within the condo.. Very confusing checkin. Went to office and of course the lady there wasn't very friendly or willing to help me. There should be an easier accress for handicap individuals without having to walk the entire way to the end of the building to get to ground floor elevator Not handicapped friendly building. Not very many handicapped parking spaces as well. It was very rough on me as a handicapped individual.

So disappointing!

There was mildew in all the showers. The hall bathroom has an old piece of trim from where a sliding shower door once was. It is very loose and filthy underneath it. One of the toilets ran the whole time. The sliding doors to the balcony were extremely difficult to open. The drain pipe to one of the kitchen sink was not connected all the way. This was discovered when water was pouring onto the floor from the cabinet under the sink. Some of the dining room chairs are missing hardware which make them very unstable to sit in. The battery in the remote control for the ceiling fan was dead so we couldn't use it. There were burnt-out light bulbs in the lamps in the bedrooms. We reported the issues. A man came to fix the sliding doors and toilet. He said he couldn't fix the doors. He said the toilet chain was to long so he shortened it. That was not the problem. The toilet continued to run. The parking space is for one very small compact car. We have a full size pickup.

Great location. Gorgeous beaches

Location was fantastic. Parking can be tricky, the designated spot for the condo is a corner spot on the 3rd level of the parking garage. There are additional open spots on the ground level. The back deck of the condo is spacious and faces the gulf. It only gets sun for a couple hours in the afternoon. There is a nice sized table and lots of chairs out there, the only problem is that the slider that accesses the back deck from the living room is not functional. The only way to access the deck is through the Master bedroom. I read this on a previous review and hoped that it would be fixed but it was not. At first arrival the condo is clean. After a few days you notice that the place could use a good deep cleaning. The washing machine was full of mold and a toothpick, golf tee and hair tie upon arrival. The management offered to have someone come clean it but at this point I had already scrubbed it and I did not want to have a accommodate the cleaning person coming into the space while we were utilizing it. But I did make them aware of the issue so hopefully it wont be a problem in the future. The kitchen has the basics. The coffee pot that fits the coffee maker is cracked at the bottom and the other pot provided is too short so you have to hold it up the whole time you make coffee. If you plan to stay more than a day you will have to provide your own trash bags, laundry soap, paper towels and your own salt and pepper shakers. The pool is nicely kept and the walk to the beach is easy. There is second row beach chair and umbrella service included in the condo. No beach towels or toys for kids. The condo complex is quite. This was our first trip to Navarre and we will definitely be coming back to the island.

Much Needed Break

My daughter, her children and I traveled for 21 hours to open the door to a condo that seemed to open it's arms to us, wrap is in happiness and surrounded bus with warmth and sunshine!We could not have asked for better service, cleanliness a a comfortable home and excellent surroundings.

Family time

Overall we really enjoyed this condo. Our door code didn’t work but the customer service guy got it reset quickly. It’s in a great location. We spent lots of time on the balcony and in the pool. I would have preferred that the pots and pans be replaced. They were in rough shape. The sliding door from the living room to the balcony is very difficult to open and close so we used the one leading from the master bedroom to the balcony. Overall we’d book again and recommend this condo to others!

Okay…

The cleanliness was the only complaint. The windows are only cleaned 3/4 of the way up. The floors were covered in sand when we arrived. The dryer even had sand in it. There were dirty wash clothes and a comb in the bathroom. The kitchen needs updated with new pots/pans/etc.

Great find

We have 5 kids, and this condo was great! Three bathrooms and plenty of space for everyone. Everything was very nice. It's a condo though, and not a resort, so keep that in mind. But we loved it, and everything went very smoothly. Vacasa was good to work with overall. Beaches are great, with the nice white powdery sand. We'd love to go back sometime!

Room Dirty

They left empty baby food containers in the room, the white bedding was stained, the tv never worked from Fri-Sun, and there was toothpaste on the bathroomcounter. When we arrived the code to get in the room didn't work, we spent an hour trying to reach vacas to get new codes. I would not recommend this condo at the price.

Not recommended

Condo was a replacement for the one initially Reserved that became Unavailable. Had issue with door lock not working on arrival and repeatedly during stay requiring someone to have to come work on it. Condo is outdated and dingy. Lacks many basics for a simple meal-no hot pads for removing pan from oven, rusted cookie sheet, thick layers of dust on surfaces. Washing machine drum rusted and would probably ruin anything washed in it. Lacked necessities for a week long stay for the number of people it could accommodate. Rental agencies should have a higher level requirement for rentals or else rate them somehow so customers know what to expect. Pictures can be years old and very misleading and can negatively impact what should be a great beach vacation. So renters beware!

The property was the worst place I’ve stayed in 20 plus years.

The property was the worst place i’ve stayed in 20 plus years. The unit has no view. It was not clean. The kitchen was not stocked with adequate cooking utensils. Most of the chairs had broken legs. The drapes were hanging off the wall on one side. The handle was missing off the door to the patio making it almost impossible to open. The patio and bathroom shower had mold in it. The refrigerator had the be cleaned before we could put food in it. There is no reason to make people wait, with their belongings on the curb to get in the unit when it was supposedly ready for check in. I could go on.
