Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Excellent place for the price!!!

Condo was enormous and perfect for our kids to bring friends along. We enjoyed the wrap around corner balcony with sunset views. The beds were so comfy and they Kitchen was well stocked. I would definitely consider rebooking in the future! Location was great, not crowded like other beaches.

Great location, pack your bag with essentials

First off, the location and the condo were great! We were right on the beach and had access to the. pool which was perfect for our family and we really enjoyed our stay. However, we were disappointed with the included essentials. There was only one blanket, one trash bag, half a roll of paper towels, 2 dishwasher pods, etc. This was frustrating because we were staying 6 days and this just wasn't enough and we had to go purchase all those things and ended up throwing away so much. So if you stay, be sure to pack some for your stay. The condo was pretty clean and very homey and we enjoyed our stay!

The complex and Condo was 1st Class. The beach was not crowded and that was a plus. Pool area was very nice and great for small children. We are planning on booking again next year.

Love the location and convienent to the beach. It was clean and ready when we headed there. We are able to spot Dolphins from the patio. Only minor issue is most of the patio lights were not working except one which needs to be fixed.

Spacious condo and beautiful views

The condo has plenty of space and great rooms with multiple views to choose from. The only thing we experienced was the bathroom outlets donā€™t work. The lights in the rooms were constantly flickering off and on and it was really dark. The water pressure for the showers are ok but the master bath does not have water. We saw previous reviews of these issues and it is still not fixed. Not a deal breaker but seems like the place could use some basic maintenance to help improve it. Overall very clean and easy access to the beach!

Holiday Getaway

We loved the condo! It was so spacious yet providing privacy when needed. Loved that each bedroom had a private bath & there were 2 rooms with ocean views. The kitchen was well equipped. We have stayed in many places & looking at the possibility of purchasing a beach property, this ranks among the top. Being an older property, you can tell it is well built in comparison to some of the newer builds.

Great size for our family

Great size-plenty of room for our family, owner was very quick with responses, great location-right on the beach. Only negative was parking. We had 4 vehicles and only 2 parking spots were provided. Public overnight parking was very hard to find and Vacasa management company was not helpful.

Nice Condo

The condo was very nice and accomodated our family and our needs. The master bedroom off the living room needed a dresser with drawers for our clothes. It seemed a bit in disarray behind the closets and drawers and we had some trouble with the TV's. We could not get typically national networks that we normally accessed at home. Otherwise, we like the condo.

Very nice location and view from all the balconies. Only negative was that the tile floors needed good cleaning. If folks were barefoot, their feet were black very quickly. Also not good for 1 year old twins who were crawling.

Nice place. Lacked essentials like kitchen towels and pans. Poor communication from condo owner

The place was really nice and in a great location. However, the condo lacked essential items and we had a hard time getting in contact with anyone about this. It took two days to get in touch with someone. We needed a pack and play for the children and there was none in the condo. There were also no kitchen towels, soap, trash bags, etc. They only had one skillet and few pots, which was not enough to cook for the amount of people this condo holds. Besides these things, it was a great stay.

On a good note: This condo had good space, good showers and a very nice ice maker. The designated parking spot was also nice. They need to take care of the following: A new coffee maker or carafe. It's missing. Extra blankets or pillow cases for extra pillows that were in the closets. fix the faucet for the tubs in the master bath. Just a trickle of water comes out, it useless. There are some rugs that are tripping hazards. please tape them down. The lights flicker in the master bedroom. The washing machine will stop in the middle of a load for no reason. This complex is aging and need some attention.

Spacious comfort

Private cabana was great. Could easily leave beach stuff inside-but lock on door very hard to work with. Garbage disposal was broken when we arrived. When we called to request maintenance-they were there within an hour or two. There were several negative issues though-we had no access code to fitness room-when we called to ask about it we were told theyā€™d get back to us-never did. No dvd library (though thatā€™s listed as an amenity). We had problems with a shower door/outlets blocked or not working/curtain pulls not attached /balcony lights not working. Well stocked kitchen but desperately needs a small step stool -shelves are so tall no one can reach the top ones -nice pool and Beach access.

Numerous obvious plumbing problems

It is a great property, but the owner and property manger had not maintained obvious significant defects. Neither bathtub faucet worked, one sink faucet wasn't working, the kitchen faucet was falling apart, and the entire water system didn't have an expansion tank, which is standard. The property manager did send plumbers, who spent one day of our vacation week adding an expansion tank, and trying to fix the faucets, which they were only partially successful at. More fundamental construction errors are still needed for all of it to work. The management company refused to acknowledge that they did not fix everything. I had to appeal up the chain to get ANY compensation, and even then it was only 5% of the total rental cost.
