Our home is located in a vibrant and up and coming neighborhood, a quick drive 2 miles from Downtown, The Gulch and Germantown! Our home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with five queen size beds. We provide our guests with everything you need for you to feel like you're home away from home!

Self check-in is available for your ease and convenience. You will be provided with a 4-digit access code for entry. Check-in is anytime after 3 PM and check-out is at 10 AM.

We like to give our guests the privacy to enjoy the space, but feel free to ask for local recommendations! Alternatively, feel free to check out the house manual for suggestions.

Our house is located in the heart of Nashville near Fisk and Meharry Universities! The North Nashville Community is one of the oldest in Nashville and located less than 10 minutes from Downtown.

Marathon Village which is a short 3 minute drive from the house, it is a cluster of buildings that formerly housed Marathon Motor Works. Today, a creative community of unique retail, business and entertainment facilities reside here, including a bourbon distillery, gourmet confectionery, a music venue and Antique Archaeology.

Five minutes from the house is the vibrant Germantown neighborhood. This area is home to the Tennessee State Museum, Nashville Farmer's Market and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park. Local boutiques and many of Nashville’s most critically-acclaimed restaurants reside here, making it a must visit culinary destination!

Just South of Downtown and a seven minute drive from the house is The Gulch. The exceedingly walkable community is abundant with boutique hotels, high-rise condos, murals, shops, live music venues, breweries, and diverse culinary offerings spanning everything from biscuits and Nashville Hot Chicken to Detroit-style pizza, traditional ramen, and Indian food.

You will have access to the entire house. Feel free to make use of all the amenities provided.

Note that there is to be no parties (bachelor and bachelorette parties are welcome), events, pets, or smoking during your stay. Please treat our home the way you’d treat your home!

Free parking is available to all guests, you can fit up to 4 cars in the driveway, street parking is also available. If you don’t have a car, that won’t be a problem – Uber and Lyft are readily available as well as scooters for rent! Also, there are many great neighborhoods and attractions that are only a 5-10 minute drive.

Free laundry is also included with your stay. There is an in-unit washer and dryer available for your use should you need to refresh your clothing during your stay.

You might notice there are a lot of plants throughout – both inside and outside! We hope this touch of greenery brings a little bit of extra joy to your stay.

If you don’t have a car, that won’t be a problem – Uber and Lyft are readily available as well as scooters for rent!

The driveway can fit (1-4) vehicles depending on their size and there is additional free street parking. Please observe all parking laws if parking on the street.

Due to the coronavirus, in addition to our regular cleaning, we’re taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations.
