Sink right into your private, wooded oasis on nearly 7 acres backing into the forest on all sides. Enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner listening to the sound of the brook/stream from the expanded back deck. Watch the eagles fly overhead, and the deer and wild turkeys run through the yard. Have fun cooking up a storm in our newly renovated chefs kitchen, which includes a 6 burner Viking stove and convection oven, and kitchen bar with seating for 5 along with a breakfast nook.

After a day of hiking to the local swimming hole/waterfall, enjoy the large light filled master bath with giant spa tub and shower. On rainy days, get your work done in one of our two office areas (complete with custom standup desk). Settle into one of two movie areas (living room and finished basement apartment) with your favorite streaming service on one of our Apple TV | Roku devices. After watching the fireflies at sunset, go to sleep peacefully with our master suite.
In addition to the Master, there are 3 additional bedrooms with two full baths on the third level and another bedroom and full bath in the basement apartment for a total of: 2 King beds, 2 Queen beds, and 3 singles in the kids room (one trundle, one day bed, one single) for fun on sleepovers.

This wooded oasis has a finished (above ground walkout basement) perfect for an au pair or mother n law with sliders out to the pavered patio area and fire pit. Enjoy roasting marshmallows on chilly nights or have fun with the kids on the playground, and don’t forget to look for the hidden tree swing in the forest where up to 300 pounds of small or large humans can swing over the edge of the hill leading down to the creek!

Come complete with a Weber gas grill with propane hooked up, a smoker, and a full house generator for when those power outages occur. Situated on a quiet road with multiple hikes less than 1 mile away, including a secret waterfall and swimming hole and access to Constitution Marsh. Local amenities are amazing, including our farmers market on Saturdays in Boscobel and our grass fed and finished meats available from Chris at Marbled Meat butchery. If you eat too much, use our exercise bike, home gym, or, just take advantage of one of the 100+ hikes within a 5 mile radius.
