This beautiful, sixth-floor Gulf-front vacation rental provides a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from the private balcony. The primary bedroom is facing the Gulf and there is a full view of the Gulf from the windows. The condo has been decorated to provide the perfect vacation spot. The living room has a queen sofa bed with a 55ā€ TV which swivels and a Blu-Ray player. The primary bedroom has a comfortable Tempur-Pedic pillow top bedding along with TVs and DVD players. The kitchen is equipped with all you'll need to prepare meals during your vacation. The home includes a washer/dryer and many other things which will easily make this your home away from home.

Things to Know
Coin-operated washers and dryers are available in the main lobby of the building.
Complimentary beach service of one umbrella and two chairs is offered from March 1 through October 31. Paddleboards, kayaks, and bicycles are available for an additional charge.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Spring Break vacation

The condo was a perfect size for 2 people. It was very well maintained. The view was AMAZING!! We loved eating at the table on the balcony. The only downside was the couch and bed were getting saggy. We stayed here for a week and would definitely come back again!

The gulf front view from the balcony was amazing! It was just beautiful! The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella made our stay so much more relaxing. The unit itself was beautifully decorated. Our favorite part of the day was the beautiful sunsets each evening. We will definitely return to unit 6K in the future!

Great times!

We had a wonderful time! This condo was well stocked and super convenient. Loved the beach service and the ease to get to the beach. Only complaint is washer smelled like mildew and made our clothes smell musty. I know that happens with front loader, especially when they canā€™t be left open to air out.

We loved this clean, well equipped and decorated condo! Our favorite was the ease of access to the beach, Keurig in the kitchen, and comfy bed! We would definitely stay here again! One small think.. (literally the only non-positive).. the beach service does not guarantee you a specific reserved spot. Itā€™s first come, first served. To get a premium spot, you need to be down there at like 7:30AM to claim it. It wasnā€™t a problem for us, but it might be for someone else. Overall, this is an amazing, beautiful condo!

Overall, not a bad place to stay. Had to wait for the elevator several times, was broken at one point. There were no extra blankets. The kitchen has utensils, cookware, plates, bowls and lots of cups. No cupboard space for food though. Refrigerator ice maker doesn't work and the bagged ice on the property is very expensive. Would suggest buying ice off site as there are plenty of cheaper machines around. Beach chair service is nice, 8am-6pm. This unit had washer and dryer so didn't have to use the coin operated machines. View and beach access were great. No major complaints, we have just stayed in much nicer condos with more amenities.

Needs new sheets and a lock fix

Overall, this condo was in a great location and is located directly on the beach. My only complaints are that the sheets for the king bed in the bedroom are not the correct size. Especially the fitted sheet. There was also a lightbulb out in the master bathroom. We attempted to contact guest services to see if maintenance could replace that bulb, but maintenance never came. If you have little children, the back door to the balcony does not lock. We did find a bloodstain (that wasnā€™t ours) on the mattress protector when the fitted sheet lifted in the middle of the night during our sleep. Great stay other otherwise!

Very clean and comfortable, great view of the beach

Condo was very clean and confortable when we arrived, the AC was even turned down so it was nice and cool. Master bed was surprisingly comfortable. Kitchen has just about everything you need (bring your own coffee filters or pods and coffee). Couch was ok but to be expected with it being a sofa bed. Balcony is a little small and no room for lounge chairs. View of beach is top notch and access to it is quick and easy. Busy weekend but noise was not a problem at all, even with occupants next to us and above us. On-going remodeling on both ends is a little of a nuisance but they kept the noise down pretty well.

First stay @ island echoes

ā€¦and looking forward to our next. Been coming to okaloosa for many years at another venue. Our room was clean, very nicely decorated, and the kitchen very well supplied with everything you might need. The staff was invested in our satisfaction and making sure we had all we needed without being intrusive. This is huge, and they get it. Enjoyable

This condo served as a nice getaway for our family. The views were beautiful, the balcony chairs were counter height making it nice to see over the railing. There were only a couple of downsides, one was the fact that because the second bedroom was not accessible our girls had to share the sleeper sofa, which is okay, but when we began making the bed we discovered there were no blankets for it so my husband had to go out late at night and buy a couple. There was not a fitted sheet for it, only two flat sheets so they would not stay on very well. The living room is pretty small so we would put away the sleeper sofa every day making it tidier and giving us more room to walk. The kitchen is pretty small as well, but serves its purpose. Other than that our stay here was very enjoyable.

Great Vacation Place

Vacasa was so easy to work with. They kept in contact, checking to make sure we were comfortable in our condo. The condo was clean and the view from the balcony was fantastic. Checkout was simple.
