Beacher's Lodge Studio Suite (Not Directly Oceanfront)

The perfect spot for couples or families looking to enjoy oceanfront amenities but at a value price. This one room suite is not directly oceanfront, it has a view of the beach parking lot, however it's only steps away from the dog walk and public beach access. Enjoy the comfortable queen bed and queen sized sleeper sofa. In the room with your bed and sleeper sofa is a kitchenette with 2 burner stove top, small refrigerator, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. A short walk across the parking lot to the south end of the property to enjoy the oceanfront pool and property beach access. Entire condo complex is non-smoking (except in designated smoking areas)
Pets allowed with $75 non-refundable pet fee, per pet per stay. Maximum of 2 pets.
THIS ROOM IS NOT OCEANFRONT. Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Overall great stay

The property is very clean and seems to be managed well. There are a few small wear and tear things that could be updated, but the room was very clean. The bed wasn' the comfiest but we did sleep well, and again, everything was very clean.

Nice but....

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is OK, but it needs attention to detail. A mirror other than the sink mirror would be very useful. Most hangers in the closet are damaged. There are no hooks to hang wet towels or bathing suits to dry. Other than that it is a nice unit.

Beacher’s Lodge at Creacent

We enjoyed our stay, the room was very nice and clean and the staff took out our trash and refreshed our linens or anything we needed each day. Our room was a little bit of a walk to the beach room 138 via the bldg access BUT we found the gate to the public parking lot next to us which made access to the beach very easy and quick. It was located in the ground level which I really liked and next door to the lobby. Thank you and we would stay here again.

I stayed for three nights, and I'd be happy to provide some feedback:Overall, I had a fantastic stay! Beacher's Lodge Rentals exceeded my expectations in several ways.Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect. The vacation rental was situated in a prime spot, offering breathtaking views of the beach. Being able to wake up and step onto the sandy shores of Saint Augustine every morning and every evening was a dream come true watching the sunrise and sunset. The extreme ease to come and go from beach, pool, and to my room at any given time was also an added plus.The cleanliness and condition of the home were top notch. Everything was spotless, and all amenities were in good working order. It made me feel right at home. And would have stayed longer if I could have.The vacation rental management staff was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. They were responsive to any inquiries I had and were quick to address any minor issues that arose. Their friendly and accommodating attitude made my experience even more enjoyable. It was evident that the property is well maintained and run by an experienced and gracious team that work seamlessly together doing their best to ensure each guest is uniquely accommodated. I would wholeheartedly recommend Beacher's Lodge Rentals to fellow travelers. It's the perfect place for a relaxing beach getaway. My stay was memorable, and I can't wait to return. Perfect location!

Staff was extremely nice and helpful! Location was perfect! Close to some great trails and about 25 minutes from St.Auguestine. The beach is beautiful, clean, and not crowded. The room we stayed in itself was 8/10 in upkeep. It was an older property that probably could stand some updates, fixing, or replacing. Cleanliness was 9/10. I dont tend to be extremely picky when it comes to beach properties. You have to remember these locations are constantly dealing with water and damp conditions, so obviously there will be some show from that.The TV situation/streaming was amazing with a 4 year old! Lots of options. We stayed 2 nights (quick beach stop on the way to Disney) and would happily have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

St Augustine with Friends

We really enjoyed our stay. It is very easy to reach the manager as well in the event a question comes up. She was quick to respond and very helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Nice stay

We originally checked in to a room with no view, ac was moldy, tv wasnt working right, missing remote ....so we werent happy with the room... However, the guy working the front desk and the maintenance guy ( sorry forgot their names) went out of their way to not only quickly look at our issues, but upgraded us to a different room with a great ocean view and awesome roomy condo....we were not expecting that at all....so we had a great time there and would definitely recommend this place to stay....thanks again to the 2 guys that helped us..

For the money it is ok

The smokers area is right outside your window and you can hear folks out there at all times, they need to replace those blinds that are broken and let light from cars enter your room in the evening. It is just a short walk to the beach which is nice. Over all good place.

Comfortable Stay

The bed was comfortable and the small kitchen area adequate. The studio has been updated but needs some work in the bathroom area. Check-in was friendly and fast as well as check-out. The beach is a short walk away and was awesome at night time.

Fun getaway

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay. The room was just as it was pictured. Our 2 kids (8 and 3) were able to sleep comfortably on the pullout sofa. It was a very short walk to the pool and beach. The room was incredibly quiet and the staff were very friendly. We definitely plan on staying here again.

Relaxing stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We spent 4 nights in a modern studio Room with a sofa, mini fridge and kitchenette. As far as the room was comfortable, tidy, no noise, big TV, great staff and nice amenities such as free ice & heated pool at location. The only couple of things that need improvements, in my opinion, include blackout curtains as the light shined from the Public beach parking lot at night when trying to sleep. The tub pooled up and drained slowly, and needed to be unclogged. Overall, it had great accommodations and it was a nice get away with a great location at the beach and not far from downtown St Augustine.

My husband got lost driving to the grocery store, when I was worried he was taking so long to return, the lady at front desk grabbed her car keys and offered to drive me to Publix to find him. How many people would do that? Great location for everything and right on the ocean. Great prices, warm pool and beach was gorgeous.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. Very nice, we stayed in a studio which was right next to the pet walk since we had our dog. Our room was clean and cozy, needs so minor updates but that didn’t affect our stay. Not far from the beach or pool. Everyone working and staying there was super nice! I just wish dogs could be on the pool patio, I understand that they can’t be in the water but that kept us from using the pool.
