Beacher's Oceanfront Patio Plus Suite with onsite front desk and staff

This charming 1st floor Patio Suite Plus has a beautiful horizon view of the ocean. The navy and nautical couch is the perfect spot to enjoy the view of the ocean and the large 37" flat screen TV. Laminate flooring brings a beach wood vibe throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, although the kitchen table set has seen better days. The bathroom was updated with a brand new tub, grab bar and curved shower rod. The private bedroom has a 25" standard TV and comfortable king size bed, the perfect place to relax in this seaside retreat. We do not recommend our bronze rated condos for a 1st time visit to Beacher's Lodge as they have suggested improvements needed. PETS ARE ALLOWED. TWO PETS MAX. $75 PER PET. NON-REFUNDABLE. Grass outside of patio is not a dog walk area.
Minimum age to rent is 21 years old

Perfect location

We really enjoyed our stay. The rental was decent, clean and well equipped. The best part was definitely the location with being able to walk right to the beach, and the heated pool was an added bonus.

False advertising of heated pool, photos of room were in no way what you actually got for the price we paid.
Floors were stained and had to be swept

Great Beachfront Property

Easy quick checkin, amazing staff, room was cleaned and restocked every day. Pet friendly restaurant right next door walk over. Beach is clean and beautiful, not crowded. Room needed to be updated, but still accommodating for a beach property. We will be returning!

CRESCENT BEACH VACATION

3 months stay ,

to put it in simple terms ,after the first 5 days ,we rebooked for 2025 ! same room , same three months . the people the place the location can not be topped ! beachfront , with a cool strip mall across the road , with an ice cream shop !

There were several minor maintenance / updates issues that should be addressed. The rental management staff was very help suggesting several great restaurants nearby, The Elkhouse Eatery and Viola's.

Perfect Location!

We had a wonderful time at Beacher's Lodge. Just steps from the beach AND dog friendly: AMAZING! This condo could benefit from an update or two. The furniture was chipped, the dresser veneer peeling, and the bed is drooping in the middle. Despite the cosmetic issues, the condo was clean and has a great view of the dune and ocean (look for the big turtle who hangs out nearby!).

We're sorry, the units are individually owned and the owners sometimes renovate or make changes in between the times that we post the pictures on our website.

Reviewer Comments: We loved the ocean view, staff were great the accommodations were tired,the mattress should be replaced, very poor condition poor support, the couch and the chairs in the eating area are not comfortable to sit on, would go back to the area but not to the unit we had.

We are sorry that condo #124 missed the mark, we certainly do have some units that have newer or firmer beds, we hope to find the perfect condo for your next visit. condo #404 has a firm bed we have been told!

While the summer is very rough on the units, all the condos here had the photos retaken in May 2022, so these photos are only 5 months old.

Outdated and in need of a deep clean

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our room was overall not generally clean. Pee on the sanitized toilet seat. Light out over the kitchen counter. Rust marks all over the floor where furniture was moved over the years. Sugar ants in the sink. Furniture old and not in good condition. Dust everywhere. Room was so humid, I understand we’re near the beach but it was wet. Room is in desperate need of updating, paint, some kind of wall treatment. Very much cheap motel vibes. Staff was extremely friendly. This place needs some TLC. I left a day early because of how abysmal the room felt, went up the street to another hotel. No refund for my dissatisfaction due to the managers policy. Will definitely not stay again.

We are sorry to hear that we fell short of delivering the room quality that you should have enjoyed. Typically housekeeping is where we shine, so we too are disappointed that we fell short. We did make an exception to the refund policy and refunded the 2nd night of your stay, then additionally adjusted the rate on the first night, however refunds do take a bit longer to process. We take your input to heart and hope that you will reconsider a future stay with us.

Clean room, lovely view, and pet friendly. Good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. They supplied extra sheets to cover furniture with in case our dog jumped up there. We had a clogged shower the first night and maintenance came within 10 minutes to resolve the issue. I would definitely stay in this unit again! I expected to get check in instructions prior and ended up calling them and you’ll just show up and check in at the front desk, fyi! They are open 8-10.

Le personnelle est exceptionnelle. Notre unité 124 manque beaucoup d’amour. Les chiens sont les bienvenus…Mais l’endroit où il faut allé pour leurs besoins est trop petite et n’est pas pratique.

Very dirty

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There was sooo much dog hair. The sofa was covered, the floor, EVERYTHING. It was floating in the air, on the curtains. I called the front desk and all they said was “unfortunately it is a dog friendly rental and we can send housekeeping in the morning” there was a knock at like 6am. I didn’t answer bc I was trying to sleep. She didn’t come back for 2 days and when she did.. she didn’t vacuum, sweep or mop. She sat towels down and a toilet paper roll. It was really, really dirty. I took pictures. This place has so much potential. The sheets on the bed were also dirty and had human hairs in them. The pillows smelled terrible. I had to ask for new sheets immediately. The housekeeper was mean. My husband would take out the trash and towels so all she had to do was vacuum and mop and she didn’t. She had a bad attitude when we asked for towels and trash bags. Front desk man was nice tho. I only liked it bc of its location. We stayed a week and I had to wear shoes in the condo the whole time. I’ve never stayed at a place so dirty before in my life. There was dirt and dog hair in every place imaginable. Very unfortunate. There were a few other mishaps but I’m not even mad about those. It was the lack of cleanliness for me. The pictures of the condo are old. The sofa and chair were so gross. Everything that was made of fabric was disgusting. Even the remotes were sticky. Basically the housekeepers are ruining this place.
