The layout:

All bedrooms are upstairs.

Master Bedroom - king bed, chair, storage areas and a big screen TV. It features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Guest Bedroom 1 - queen bed, storage areas and access to the front balcony with seating.

Guest Bedroom 2 - two twin beds, storage areas and access to the front balcony with seating.

Guest Bathroom - shower/tub combo with complimentary shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

Downstairs features an open floor plan.

Living room - Comfy couches and a big screen TV.

Kitchen - fully equipped so you can prepare your favorite meals. Kitchen items include a blender, toaster, baking dish, cookie sheets, insta pot, hand mixer, pizza pan, pots, pans and utensils. Dining table with seating for 6 and counter bar with more seating.

Half Bath

Laundry Room - washer & dryer with complimentary laundry pods and fabric softener.

Outside features a fully fenced yard with a gas grill and outdoor table and chairs, so you can enjoy dining al fresco.

Two car garage - full access for parking.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full use of the townhome, the garage and patios.

The Neighborhood:
The High Desert Fortune Cat is located in one of Kanab's newest developments, Crimson Cliffs Villas. Please note the address may not show up on some map programs due to the newness. If you need help finding the exact location please let our team at Zion Stays know, and they'll send you a direct pin!

There's plenty to do with state and national parks nearby, but if you're looking for something more low-key for a day or two, consider the local hikes featured on the flyers in our house book: Squaw, Bunting and K-hill, all offering wonderful views. As well, Jacob Hamblin park has a playground, field, pool with slides, splash pad, and tennis/pickleball courts; Kanab City Library is nearby and often has books for sale; Ranchos Park has great baseball fields; Best Friends Animal Sanctuary has great guided tours (they welcome donations). Also consider the local restaurants, bakeries, and ice cream shops. We love some of the local tour companies; they can make your travel time far more productive and enjoyable. Many of them even offer early morning pick-ups from Kanab.

Equestrian and biking trails are also available.

Kanab offers a rich mix of local dining, unique shops, and cultural experiences that highlight the beauty of the Southwest. Whether you’re exploring nearby natural wonders or soaking in the small-town charm, this location offers the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility.

Getting Around:
This home has convenient access to Hwy 89A/89 which takes you to Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, Zion and Bryce National Parks, Lake Powell, as well as the north rim of the Grand Canyon.

Here in southern Utah a vehicle is required to get around in town and beyond. We recommend a 4WD vehicle with high clearance if you intend to go off-road to out of the way places.

Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away.
