Location! Location! Location This condo is walking distance to the pier/village. Downstairs has a half bath, fully stocked kitchen with a washer/dryer. Living room and dining area have an open concept . Private Outdoor patio with a charcoal grill. Two bedrooms and a full bath located upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen bed. The condo comes with WiFi and HDTV in the living room. Beach Chairs are provided. Accessing the condo is easy as we use coded locks, No keys are necessary. We simply message you the code before check in. Kitchen comes with k-cup and a regular coffee maker.

Great spot to experience the town and beach at St. Simon Island.

Great rental for my family with 2 teens. We loved that we could walk right out and eat great food, enjoy the pier, lighthouse, and swim at the beach.

Perfect getaway

We loved the property. It was as described in the listing and very clean. The location is perfect for wandering around and visiting all the shops and restaurants in The Village. We would definitely stay again.

Great Condo

This condo is wonderful. It’s very clean and the furnishings are nice with plenty of room for a family of 4, even though it was just my wife and I. There’s a grill on the back patio that we used on the 4th. of July. It is so convenient to the village area with an array of restaurants and shops , pier and park lighthouse. We were so pleased and planning on staying again. The condo was awesome.

Exceptional

Quiet, beautiful and serene! You can walk to just about anywhere you want to go. The pier is close by and our children got to experience seeing lots of beautiful wildlife. The beach isn’t overly crowded, there’s a nice breeze and the people are friendly. Last but not least, the owners of this condo were super communicative, very nice and answered questions quickly if we needed anything. The condo was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Will definitely book this place again!

Perfect Location, Perfect Place

We have enjoyed staying at this listing twice now. Both times we had a great trip. It is so convenient to be walking distance to great shops, restaraunts, and playgrounds and still be in a quiet location. The place is clean and feels like home. An easy 5 stars!

Annual St Simon Trip

Thanks again for an amazing vacation! We love the location of this condo as it is within walking distance of everything - beach, pier, restaurants, community pool, playground, dog park, anything you need! The condo is very nicely decorated, the kitchen is well stocked. This is our 2nd time staying here and we're already looking forward to coming back next year! You won't be disappointed if you book this unit! I highly recommend it!!

5 weeks on SSI

We spent 5 weeks in this townhouse while in SSI. The location was wonderful. All the shops, restaurants, parks are just a short walk from this home. We would walk to a restaurant for dinner almost every night. The home was very clean, spacious and comfortable for a family of 4 which includes 2 toddlers. The owner was awesome during our stay and we had an amazing time in their home.

Perfect Location!

This was the perfect location for my family of four. Literally, we were steps from the village with wonderful restaraunts, ice cream, shopping, and playgrounds. My sons (8 and 3) enjoyed going to the playground, looking for shells on the beach, and getting ice cream in the evenings. The condo was very clean and quiet. We could not have asked for a better location. We had everything that we needed for our week-long stay (coffee pot, microwave, refridgerator, dishes, silverware, pots/pans, washing machine/dryer, cleaning supplies, towels, extra bedding, and beach chairs). My family and I definitely look forward to staying here again!

Best VRBO I’ve ever booked.

This Verbo was perfect for this trip and for meeting Monday. Super clean and clean housekeeping, came by to see if we needed anything and to make sure there was nothing that they had missed in the cleaning process. Almost every other place ever stayed I said they really need to do a deep cleaning, but not here it was immaculate. Location location, location. A short walk to the village and to the pier. My wife was able to walk each day for Sunrise at the pier. We love Saint Simons and hope to stay in the same unit a year from now .

Our First St Simon trip with our granddaughter

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo it was perfect for our family of 4 and our newborn granddaughter. It was decorated very nicely. The living room had plenty of seating w/ a large TV to enjoy and good size TV's in both bedrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked and even had a new set of pots and pans. This really excited my husband! They had a regular coffee maker and a Keurig both available to use. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. I really loved the way the unit is decorated throughout from the furniture, blinds to the décor in the bathrooms. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit which was really nice especially with a little one. I totally agree with other reviews the pictures posted do not do this unit justice! You are able to park right outside your front door. We loved the location of the condo as it is within walking distance to all the local shops, the pier, restaurants and even the beach. Neptune Park is in walking distance as well which has a pool & large playground. Jekyll Island is only a short drive. The owners were quick to respond when I texted about their favorite restaurants. We tried several of their recommendations and were not disappointed. I would love to book this unit again next year. I really cannot think of anything that the owners can do to improve this condo it is prefect just the way it is! I only wish that we had warmer weather, it was a little on the cool side.

Highly Recommend

This place is amazing and is even better than it looks online. Terri has thought of all the little things to make the place comfortable and practical. I love the beachy decor and everything was clean and nice. The location is amazing., walkable to wonderful parks with pickle ball and basketball as well as the village. Saint Simons is one of the most beautiful places I’ve ever been to. Our two teenage boys really enjoyed the golf cart and walking to the village. Don’t let this place slip away. We hope to come back sometime.

Review

The location was a 10 star. The only reason I did not give 5 stars in all categories is that the main reason I rented the Condo was that it had a grill. Upon arrival the owner said that the gas grill was history and he had a weber charcoal grill which I thought was also history, so we never ended up using the back patio or did any grilling. I hope they remove the picture or buy a new gas grill! Again location was 100% & we did have a great time at 425 Magnolia St.,, SSI, GA

Thank you Judith and so sorry for the misunderstanding. We have never had a gas grill, only a charcoal grill. Unfortunately, the charcoal tray rusted out due to the salty air and it is on backorder. I brought the Weber Charcoal grill down so you would have a grill. The Weber Charcoal Grill is fully functional. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us, it’s never a bother. If you decide to return, let us know and dinner is on us..!

Delightful community
