Ski In / Out with Great Views, fireplace, and Hot Tub

This superbly located 2 bedroom condo is ski-in and a few short steps from the slope to begin your ski day. If location and views are what you're seeking, you've found it in Buttes Condos.

Enjoy the skiers from the large windows in the living room as you rest after a long day of activities. There is a balcony in which to enjoy the views, a fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen.

Upon entry there is a nice mudroom with bench, ski rack, and plenty of room for all your gear. This main level includes full kitchen with all the equipment, a living room with full sleeper sofa, a balcony with great views, dining area with seating for 6, and a 3/4 bath. Upstairs, is the master bedroom with a new king bed and another room with 2 twins. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom and there is an additional 3/4 bath downstairs

There is a balcony in which to enjoy the views, a fireplace, and a well stocked kitchen. A community hot tub and grill is also available.

Maybe skiing isn't your thing or you want to pamper yourself a bit. Well, mere steps from the condo is the Elevation Spa, which features a day pass for $25 or $50 for the week and includes a hot tub, indoor pool, fitness center, and 3 tranquility rooms

We are located close to the shops, restaurants, and the free town shuttle. There is 1 parking pass for the parking lot out front. If you need additional parking, you may find a space at the Lodge at Mountaineer Square

The condo is well furnished and very convenient to the slopes. Even with dearth of snow this year, it was a short walk to the slope where we could put on our skis and ski to the lift. At the end of the day we could ski off the slopes and to the front door of the condo.

This adorable condo was just 20 steps from the lift. It was super well appointed and the hosts were helpful and available. Great stay!

Has everything for a great family ski trip

3rd stay in this property and we’ll keep coming back! Property has all the kitchen supplies, great sized mud room, 2 bedrooms (upstairs), 2 full bathrooms (one up, one down), comfortable living and beds, true ski in and ski out (even for young kids), cannot say enough great things about this place!

Great location on the ski hill

If you want ski in / ski out this places fits the bill. Nothing fancy but everything worked and you were 30 ft from the slopes.

Everything we needed

Our family enjoyed 2 nights in this beautiful condo. Great views of mountains from our balcony. Everything was very tastefully furnished, clean and amenities were as described. So close to hiking trails that we enjoyed for 2 days,and just 3 minute drive to Crested Butte shops and restaurants. Only negative was the front door locking and unlocking. It was very difficult to operate.

Just as great the second time

We had stayed in this condo two years ago and when looking for a family ski vacation decided to return to what we knew and loved. The location to the slopes and village just can’t be beat. The condo is roomy, homey and the beds are so comfortable.

Great location - Skiing right to the condo was awesome. Unloading the car and walking to the condo from the parking lot was a little challenging but the price to pay for the ski in/ski out luxury. It was really hard finding a place that had this option in Crested Butte.

Great place

We rented this condo for our pastor for our daughter's wedding. Although I didn't personally see it, they had nothing but great things to say about their stay! The communication with the owner was great! Based on all the praise, we would definitely recommend staying here! Thanks you!

This was a good condo and location to ski in ski out and walking to the shuttle. Just a few kinks with the fireplace and coffee maker that they fixed quickly. The only thing I would say is the living area to to dark when the sun goes down.

Nice unit with great location

Overall very good. I could make a few constructive suggestions. The knifes in the kitchen were so dull they were almost useless. The pillows could be a lot better without much cost. We enjoyed our stay overall and would definitely come back again.

Great location. Kind of beat up.

I'm sure this is an amazing location during ski season. We were here in September. The place was clean. The property is a bit worn and small. The checkout procedures included running the dishwasher, doing laundry and taking out the trash. Made us wonder what the cleaning fee was for.

Great Ski in/Ski out

A true ski in/ski out area. Fantastic communication with owners. Very clean. The only critique I have would be to add blinds to the 2nd bedroom. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. With 4 people staying, we all had hot showers without having to space them out. There was plenty of room to get ready to hit the slopes & remove gear when done for the day in the foyer; including hooks for jackets/pants, ski racks and a large bench. I will absolutely stay at this location again on my next trip to the area.

Top notch location

This is a great condo with an unbelievable location. You are on and off the slopes within just a few steps. It's adequately stocked and comfortable with a large storage/ski space at the entrance, plus laundry. We loved the hot tub and you can't beat the view! But it is very small, especially the upstairs and bathrooms, and pretty tight for our family of 5. The spiral stairs are treacherous as are the stairs from the parking up to the condo when snowing and when hauling bags. It's worth it for the location for sure, but I was not necessarily expecting the size/stair challenges from looking at the listing.

Amazing!

Everything about our stay was amazing! Communication with the owners was great from the start. The location was truly incredible, just doors from the slopes. We will most definitely rebook for our next trip to Crested Butte.

Ski to front door

We rented the condo for a long ski weekend. The location couldn’t be better, truly ski in and out. Condo had everything we needed and we enjoyed our time greatly. Wendy was great to work with and made sure we had everything we needed. Hope to go back.

Fantastic Ski In/Out

The property was exactly as advertised. The communication of James and Wendy was very prompt and accurate. Slope was, in fact, just steps from the front door. Also, the door has a keypad motorized deadbolt, so no losing the key on the slopes or worrying about who should have the key to get back first. Nice kitchen with range and full-sized fridge. Cooked most of our meals. Beds were comfortable and property very clean with washer and dryer. We look forward to staying there next ski season!

We loved our 2 week stay

Location is excellent. I love the entrance when you come in. Lots of pegs and space for hanging your stuff and a nice long bench for getting ready to ski. The kitchen, dining, living area was great. Nicely stocked (pots, utensils, dishes, etc...) It really was a great 2 weeks! Thank you!

There were only two condos closer to the ski trails than this one - the location is amazing

For skiing and boarding the convenience of this condo is amazing. As you go out the door you literally walk about thirty steps to the right and you're good to put your skis or board on and go down to the lifts. When it's time to go back to the condo you can ski right to the door. Seriously! Not kidding! The beds are all incredibly comfortable and there is a lot of extra bedding throughout the condo. Having the washer and dryer was so helpful since we could bring less with us and also so we could go home with all clean clothes. Having the two bathrooms was such a deciding factor for us when we were looking for places. There were four of us staying there and it seemed that one of the bathrooms was always in use (laundry, showers or toilets) - it was so helpful having the second one available. The downstairs shower has incredible water pressure. It was also incredibly helpful having the sink in the bedroom, as well as the one five steps away in the bathroom, when we all getting ready for bed at night. We traveled with our skis and board in travel boxes. We thought those would have been a problem to find places for in the condo, but they fit perfectly along the wall in the kitchen and also under the spiral staircase along the wall in the living area. This condo worked out perfectly for us and we loved how close it was to the slopes. One of our main goals when we were looking for a place was being able to go back to the condo for lunch, and we got to do that every day.
