Ski in/ski out Crested Butte Condo-walk to lifts, shops & restaurants-Hot tub

Located at the Mountain (Mt. Crested Butte) the property has walking access to the lifts (literally 2 minutes) conveniently located next to restaurants, bars, ski, snowboard and bike rentals. The condo boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a sleeping loft. With capacity to sleep 6 there is one King bed on the lower level, One Queen in the upstairs bedroom and two twin beds in the loft. Free high speed internet with 3 total tv's and a wood burning fireplace. *** The HOA has put a burn ban for fireplaces in our building until further notice! There is an on site hot tub (10am-10Pm) and parking for one vehicle. There is overflow parking one block down for an additional vehicle. **My unit is on the 3rd and top floor which is a positive as you have no noisy people above you. I have heard many complaints in all buildings about overhead noise when trying to relax or sleep. My unit is quiet, cozy and convenient to everything on the mountain and close to town! There is a coffee maker with bean grinder, shampoo and body wash and the basic essentials. Coffee beans, Aluminum foil, cooking spray and similar items are not supplied.
Shuttle service is available from the Gunnison Airport (Alpine Express) and a local bus runs every 20 minutes to take you the short 5 min ride to main street for great shopping and dining.
