Welcome to Shore Bird Sanctuary, a casual, yet chic 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo. This professionally managed Santa Rosa Beach retreat is located in Topsail Village on the west end of 30A. Start your morning by relaxing on the large, private balcony with your favorite cup of coffee as you enjoy the peaceful view of the palm trees overlooking the balcony. This bright and naturally sunlit condo makes a great vacation stay for singles, couples, families, or those looking to celebrate a special occasion. The west end of 30A is distinctly quieter, but it is still incredibly convenient to all the finest area attractions. Shore Bird Sanctuary is equipped with everything you need for your vacation. The open kitchen has all the utensils, plates, and cookware you’ll need to prepare a meal for your family or that romantic dinner. We supply both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot for your convenience.

The cozy, comfortable king bed in the master suite has an attached private bathroom, and the updated guest room has a queen-sized bed with peaceful coastal botanical decor offering a tranquil atmosphere to ensure a comfy & relaxing space to rest anytime, day or night! The guest room also features a flexible workspace with a folding desk for your convenience, making it easy to catch up on work or enjoy a quiet moment. The folding desk can be easily stored in the closet when not in use. There is also a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space. You will want to return time and time again to Shore Bird Sanctuary!

You will fall in love with the world's most absolutely beautiful sugar-white sand beaches and the infamous emerald sea! Enjoy free beach access only 1.2 miles away at Dune Allen public beach, or visit Florida’s popular Topsail Hill Preserve State Park located adjacent to the condo, a mere hop, skip, and a jump away — only .09 miles away. Take advantage of the park’s free tram to the beach from their main parking lot! Venture out onto the most notable 30A bike/walking path to take in the local sights, with direct trail access from your front door! The trail leads to Santa Rosa’s popular Gulf Place and also countless restaurants, shops, beach accesses, nature trails, coastal dune lakes, wildlife and more. There’s so much to do, yet there are also fabulous places to relax, slow down, and unwind. 30A is a fantastic destination, and the beaches are some of the world’s best with sugar-white sand and emerald green waters. You will find plenty of beach access points along a 17-mile stretch of Santa Rosa Beach. It boasts unique shopping, fantastic cuisine, and the incredible architecture that makes 30A famous. There are activities for everyone: kayak rentals, bike rentals, paragliding, fishing, golfing, hiking, swimming, tennis — you'll find it all right here.

This condo is 2.2 miles from the Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club. The much-loved, laid-back Gulf Place Town Center is 2.6 miles away. It's a 10-minute drive to Silver Sands Outlet Mall or 6 minutes to Grand Boulevard Town Center’s many shopping and dining options.

Gulf Place on 30A was quaintly designed for those who want to skip the massive crowds and slow down in a small beachy-vibe setting to relax amidst the beautiful palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, outdoor patios with large umbrellas, and beach access to the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly shopping and dining complex on the area's main thoroughfare in Sandestin, just off Highway 98. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from exclusive boutiques and eateries to renowned national retail brands and a wide mix of specialty services.

The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!
