As per Jennifer’s concerns, the townhouse was cleaned on both floors before her arrival. She reached out to me, and I contacted my cleaning lady immediately, and made arrangements to have her back to the home the next day to satisfy you. You stated the 2nd floor was clean, and the first floor wasn’t. As you mentioned, my cleaning lady did come back to fulfill your expectations. My cleaning lady told me, as well as sent me pictures of the house, that she didn't smell any dog and the floors on the first level were clean. As far as the comforter, she did wash and dry it in my large capacity washer & dryer. If it was a little wet still, putting it back in the dryer is common for a large comforter. The tenant that left right before your visit, who didn't have a dog, gave me a 5-star review and even mentioned in the review the house was clean! After the cleaning lady left on Sunday, I didn't hear back from you during your whole week stay. Although after you left, you wrote this review, and are still asking me to refund you for the cleaning fee. I paid my cleaning lady twice and had her come back the next morning to satisfy your stay. So why would I refund you the cleaning fee when I had the home cleaned twice. I take pride in my townhomes and offer a lot of additional things to make sure my tenants are comfortable and have a great experience.
