This gorgeous condo is located at Laketown Wharf and features 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms & sleeps 6! With a gorgeous gulf view from the balcony, lake view from the walkway & many amenities on-site, this is the perfect spot for your next beach vaca!

The living room has plenty of open space for all of your guests along with beautiful views of the gulf through the balcony. It also features a sleeper sofa, dining area for 4 & a flat-screen TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances for your use such as a stove, oven, microwave & dishwasher. It also features extra seating on the island.

Another sleeping space is located in the bunk alcove and master bedroom. The master features a queen bed, closet, flat-screen TV & private bathroom with a shower/tub combo.

The whole set up is awesome. I like that they have multiple pools on the property and plenty of restaurants on the property also to choose from.The staff is awesome and helpful also. If you're looking to stay at a nice place Laketown Wharf is the spot. I love the ocean view from the living room.

Nice condo

The good: The unit itself is great. It has everything you need. The overall location is good and the walk to the beach is very short. The balcony has a great view! The beach is nice. Not so good: The building does not seem to have enough elevators to accommodate the number of units, so the wait was quite long at times. We wished there was one more comfy chair in the living room—there were 4 of us and only a couch and one chair. All other seating is barstools/bar height chairs.

Relaxing with a beautiful view

The unit was very spacious and decorated beautifully. The kitchen area was updated and beautiful. The balcony allowed for a view of the ocean and walking out the door was a view of the fountain area. Easy booking process. I will be staying at this unit again and would highly recommend to other people.

Excellent accommodation. We visit panama beach every year during 4th of July week.

Perfect stay.... only two thing wrong the room was the deck door handle was broken and a spot on carpet. We understand wear and tear, but should documented to ease customers mind before inspecting the room. All and all we will definitely stay again. If their is a way to schedule ahead a year out we would love to strike a deal early....

Very impressed with the condo and the location as it is just right across the street from the beach. We had no issues at all with the condo. It was nice and clean. Everything seems like new in the condo. The property pools are great. There is a heated pool on site which was awesome as we were able to stay outside later. I will definitely come back here.

Not a bad unit. Love the views. Dirty carpet/elevator wait time was negative.

Great location. The unit is very decent. Great views. However the carpet in living room was dirty and the elevator service was terrible. The wait time was pretty frustrating and discouraging. All in all not bad at all. Quick response from management upon calling.

IMMACULATE

Exceptionally clean property. I was very Leary of renting due to this pandemic but was very pleased with my findings. I traveled here with every disinfectant I owned and used very little. I was truly pleased with my stay here. The balcony view was awesome but the location of being on the 18th floor did not sit well with me due to my fear of heights. Nice stay will definitely refer to family and friends.

For three people this was around another ~$80. My only complaint with the building was that the elevator was quite slow so getting in and out of the building during heavy traffic hours. you'll need to plan for up to +10min

It was within walking distance to several shops and restaurants. There were some negative comments about the elevators, which we experience the day we arrived, but after that, we had no concerns the rest of our stay. The condo is on the 18th floor, so that helped as well. I would highly recommend this location.

Good location for baseball tournament

Property location was excellent; unit was very nice and as described. Kitchen well-appointed and we enjoyed the view from the balcony. Beach was lovely. Workout room was great. Pools were very nice. The only issue - and why we will not stay at the Laketown Wharf again - were the elevators …but that is outside of the property owners’ control. At times the wait for an elevator was 45 minutes. Usually, 12-15 min. Several times we climbed the 18 flights. It is simply a case of a gigantic property with not enough elevators to serve the number of rooms. But other than that, great stay. And if you are going for a baseball tournament, it is only a 6 min drive to PCB Sports Complex.

Spring Break 2021

The condo was a great lay out. The view was perfect. However, because of Spring Break, the amount of people smoking pot was horrible. We couldn't even open our door to the view the gulf because the smell was so bad. We did complain to the property manager who told us to go to security. We did. They tried to find the floors it was coming from. Security did try and help, which was great. It did get a little better, and maybe security caught them. We don't know. Otherwise, we had a great time.

Perfect Work and Play Condo Location

I rented the unit for 30 days as I was working in PCB and wanted a place for my boyfriend and his son to visit. (For a week) I had read many reviews of Laketown Terrace and I will give you my honest review of the place and the condo. First the condo was as beautiful if not better than the pictures and the view was breathtaking. The open concept of the living room dining and kitchen area was perfect . The perfect king size bed in the bedroom and the bathrooms were a great size. The decorating was so welcoming and you truly felt that you were in a condo by the beach.My opinion is that this condo was in the perfect location of the resort. The place has four pools, one heated which is wonderful and the rooftop pool which I loved as you could see the ocean from the rooftop as well. They have an amazing gym, that I thought about using but never did. For someone who loves to work out I think it’s everything you need.! I had read a lot about the parking situation and I found no problems with it whatsoever. I parked on the fourth floor parking garage by the very short ramp into the building. I bypassed the first set of elevators and walked to the middle elevators and took that up to the 18th floor and walked to the unit from there. I believe the elevators in the middle are a lot faster but I never had any problems with them. ( this is the off-season so it may make a difference at other times of the year ) The security, restaurant workers, bartenders, hair salon, retail stores, mail room, security staff and everyone else at the resort was wonderful. Pineapple Willys across the street with it’s amazing bartenders and servers was an absolute extra bonus if you want to drink , eat great food and spend time on the beach. Just a short walk across the beach to the beautiful White Sands of PCB. Great fishing is also a few miles down the road where you can charter one of the many boats available. I want to thank the owners and the rental company for offering their beautiful place so that others can have a once in a lifetime experience😃😃😃. Hope to see you again in the future Jill
