Located at the family-friendly resort of Laketown Wharf, this beautiful condo #715 is ready to be your home away from home.

That's right, 810 is right on the property! Enjoy bowling, billiards, arcades, food and beverages for all ages! We're very excited to have them partnered with our resort and know that they will provide hours of entertainment for everyone!

From our unit, you can see stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and Panama City Beach activities right from your balcony! Enjoy five pools, (one is heated seasonally), a miniature golf putting green, gym, nightly dancing water fountain show, and people-watching from the balcony.

The condo sleeps six and has air conditioning for the warm months and an electric fireplace for cooler times. Books and jigsaw puzzles are provided for all ages.

No more than four adults, please. The bunk beds are for two children.

SNOWBIRDS WELCOME!

Newly redecorated from top to bottom, this is a comfortable space to eat, play, and rest. Enjoy the Gulf views from anywhere in the living room! The kitchen is fully stocked and even includes a popcorn popper. (Bring your own kernals.) The bunk beds and ladder are designed for children. Please, no adults in those beds. The bunk beds have built-in bookshelves that house most of the books in the condo. They are for readers of all ages, from toddlers' board books to the older kids' chapter books, and books for adults. (Please do not exchange them for your own books.) Jigsaw puzzles are in the living room.

There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room that sleeps two. Two full bathrooms with tubs in both.

The balcony seats four with two small tables. During the day, the gulf is in full view from anywhere on the balcony and the living room.

Downstairs there are restaurants and a beauty salon. Chicken, ice cream, tacos, pizza, a full buffet restaurant at The Wharf, a breakfast bistro, and a candy store will keep you satisfied during your stay. Sunshine Grill at the pool has excellent burgers and fries!

There is a $87 resort fee which will be paid when you agree to the rental agreement. It covers everyone in the unit; there is no extra charge per person. It also covers up to two parking passes.

Wristbands and parking pass will be available in your welcome package when you go to the lobby upon arrival. The lobby is open from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. The person who signs this rental agreement will be asked to show ID. Guests will then have access to all public areas of the resort.

Even though I adore animals, guests are not allowed to bring them to Laketown Wharf. Also, we require that the person renting must be at least 21 and is staying in the unit. ID is required to pick up the welcome package upon arrival.
