Tropical Oasis with Lanai, Pool and Dock. Sleeps 12 guests

Welcome to our home! This beautiful house sleeps 12 guests. We have 5 bedrooms - four bedrooms with king beds and fifth bedroom has 2 king beds. Our house has 3 bathrooms. There is a heated pool, spa is the same temperature as the pool, (spa not heated) large Living room, WIFI and TV included . Washer and dryer. There is a private dock to walk back to the lake. We are ten minutes to Busch Gardens, and less than an hour to Disney World. Many nice beaches within an hour. Kids are welcome.

The only amount of people that should be at the property during your stay are the ones you have listed at the time the reservation is made. If extra people are joining you, you will need to contact us to let us know.

There is a $50 early check in or late check out charge.

You are vacationing in a residential area, please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise levels to a respectful level during the day and night. Quiet time is 10 pm. Excessive noise can deprive our neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their own property. NO parties are allowed. 10 pm quiet time is enforced.

Perfect for our family trip!

We had an amazing time and this house was perfect for us! The house was immaculate, the location is just beautiful, the pool and hot tub were perfect, and the walk out to the lake was so cool!

Great space for our large family.

Love this home - enough bedrooms and space for our children's families. Pool was great (until a cold front came in), but all had fun, and went to ZooTampa twice with the kids. It was perfect for our Thanksgiving gathering and getting to the airport was fine. Our host was quick to respond to our questions. Would love to go back again.

Beautiful home!

This house is beautiful and spacious. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. Sitting by the lake and watching all the gators and turtles swimming was enjoyable. The pool is clean and big. Peaceful Retreat

Our goal was to getaway and have some peace and quiet to relax, and this was the perfect place. The kitchen is very well stocked with all sorts of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, condiments, spices, and small appliances. We wanted to cook most of our meals at the house and we had everything we needed. There was plenty of living and bedroom space. The beds were comfortable. The furniture did show some minor wear, but was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again and would recommend it. It was a nice home away from home to recharge and relax.

The home’s location and pool were excellent, especially during our grandchildren’s time with is. Our concerns were that the appliances were in disrepair, the electrical system was somewhat faulty and we had difficulty finding enough workable electrical outlets to charge our electronics. There was also a severe shortage of cookware for a 5 bedroom home, so we’re glad we had brought some of our own. The owners were very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had, and our overall experience was a positive one. The

Paradise Found

Our stay came as close to vacation perfection as one could possibly hope for. The hosts, Rodney and Judy, were the most welcoming, friendly, helpful and attentive people we have ever dealt with during our 14 years of vacationing in Florida for spring training. The house, itself, was absolutely spotless on our arrival and all key equipment (pool, hot tub, A/C, etc.) and house necessities were operating flawlessly and fully stocked. Any minor detail, and there were only one or two, needing to be taken care of was expeditiously handled by the owners. The VRBO pictures of the house are extremely well done, but we were even much more impressed when we walked through the front door. Thank you, Rodney and Judy, for our most wonderful vacation ever. It was our great pleasure to have had the opportunity to stay in your fantastic rental house.

Decent Property

The owners are great to work with and their communication was quick and pleasant. The house is very large and spacious. I have lowered the rating because the listing has a boat on the pictures and there is no longer a boat. The pool temperature was the expected temperature for 1 day and the other days was much cooler and the only option was to pay more to raise the temperature. The remotes for the TVs were all dead and we had to go and buy batteries to put in all of them. For the money, you get plenty of space but it falls short in other categories that other rentals offer at no extra cost and for the same price. Overall, decent stay.

Not well maintained and unfriendly neighbors

The property itself was ok but does not seem well maintained and the neighborhood is not friendly to vacationers at all. Upon arrival outside of property was not maintained, pool was filthy, ice maker broken, expired food in pantry and refrigerator, ice maker broken, washer broken, toilet broken, one box frame had puke all down the side of it. The owner did replace the washer with another used washer but that one did not work either. It appears cleaning is very rushed and not thorough at all. Pool has no lights outside at night. Neighbors are very u friendly and say they don’t like renters coming in and disturbing them. Our kids were swimming at 9 pm and laughing and singing and a neighbor came out screaming at them. I would understand if it was 10 or later but it was 9pm and they were singing and swimming. She then stood outside and watched them for 30 minutes until they were too scared to swim. Every day she caused some sort of issue. Parking is very limited as only 2 cars can fit in the driveway and our group had 3 cars. Every day we came home she came out yelling we were not allowed to park in the street and needed to figure out how to get all 3 cars in the driveway. All in all home worked for what we needed but was not the experience we wanted. Property could be great if it was maintained better but I don’t think neighbors will ever be a great experience.

Great Rental

Very nice rental with good areas for congregating. We used it for business meetings / dinners while working in the area, but I would think the amazing dock and property would be great for vacation. Easy check-in and communication. Thanks!

This property made for an amazing family vacation.

There were three families. Everyone did their own thing during the day, but every evening we were back at the house swimming and relaxing, playing games and having dinner together. Stores and restaurants are VERY close by.

Such a lovely house

Our large extended family of 8 adults, 2 children and a toddler were very comfortable in this roomy, well furnished home. Everything we could need was there, and the enclosed outdoor pool was a hit with everyone. The outdoor TV and refrigerator were a pleasant bonus. We loved walking the short distance for an 'alligator hunt' with the little ones. Would definitely stay again

Nice place and area

Everything was as advertised and the neighborhood was nice. Property was close to restaurants and stores and 10 mins from Busch Gardens. Property owner was reachable and helpful during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Spring 2022

This house and property were perfect for our family which included 3 adults and two teenagers. Having 5 bedrooms and each with a kingsize bed and 2 1/2 baths met our needs perfectly. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, the covered deck, outdoor refrigerator and outdoor TV! The favorite part for us was the spacious open kitchen/dining/living area where we could all be together but not on top of each other. In addition, the owner responded immediately to any question we had.

Comfortable for a family gathering.

Well appointed home for family and entertaining.

Lovely home with plenty of room for a large family. We played games in the back yard , cards at the big table, splashing in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. We will be renting for future visits with our family in Florida

Great stay!

The house was huge, plenty of room for our family to relax. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, there were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well stocked. The house is in a lovely neighborhood, although the next door neighbors aren’t very friendly (not really something you need on vacation anyway). The pool area was perfect, there were lots of pool toys and the temperature was great. The yard was adequate size for the dogs and the walkway to the lake was beautiful (great place for some photos), although there are gators in the lake so do not plan to get in. The hosts communicated well and responded quickly. We would definitely recommend staying there and would stay there again.

comfortable home in a great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay here! There were 2 families who stayed together (7 people total) and we had plenty of room to have together time and still have our separate parts of the home for each family. We loved the big pool and the walkway through the swamp to the lake. The place could use a bit of updating, but all in all we were very comfortable and would definitely stay again!
