Boca Grande is a seven mile long island in the gulf of Mexico accessible by bridge. Our condominium is only 50 steps from the water, has a great view of the gulf of Mexico and non crowded beach! We have access to the 7 mile walking beach. Our condo is fully furnished with many amenities. . . beach towels, beach chairs, Smart TV in family room and TV in most rooms. Modern, light decor to welcome you to your vacation! Lots of books for your reading pleasure, too. Be sure to pack a box for the many shells that you will find. . . Sand dollars, too!

Newer granite kitchen counters in a fully stocked kitchen to meet all of your needs for a quick meal or full dinner. We include a Keurig coffee machine, a crock pot, waffle maker and a 4 slice toaster for quick and easy breakfasts. Many sets of plates for appetizers or dinner on the lanai. Great dinners on the shaded lanai. . .

Large Master Bath has large, walk-in fully tiled shower with hand held shower and an inside bench. Master Bath has double vanity with hair dryer and special guest soaps.

Master bedroom with King bed and guest room with Queen bed with en suite baths for both. Both bedrooms provide a reading area with chair for a cozy spot to relax.

Family Room has two leather couches and two over- sized chairs/ottomans for lounging or for relaxed reading area. Many books in our unit, too! Large screen, Smart TV and is ready for your movies with your Netflix account.

Unit has our own Wi-Fi so coverage and speed time should meet your expectations for work or pleasure. We provide a computer desk in family room for your comfort.

The views from our unit are exceptional. . . garden below, pool beyond and turquois waters ocean view. Unit offers shade in late afternoon which enables you to use lanai for early dinners. Unit # 141 is on the SUN side of the complex so you can enjoy sunning on our open air porch. Pls see the pictures that we've taken to provide a glimpse of the beauty outside your vacation condo.

The town is like Sanibel without all the people. There are no high rise buildings, and relatively few large condominiums. Our condo is on the best beach on the island.

The sunsets are spectacular, shelling is terrific, with sand dollars plentiful most of the year. The dolphins are regular visitors, the fishing in front of the condo is very good.

For bird watchers, the island is home to numerous osprey nests, and eagle nests are off island. Tarpon fishing at the end of the island in spring-summer is world famous. Several excellent golf courses nearby. The quaint shops carry beautiful merchandise.

Our smoke-free condo has newer appliances, new ceramic tile in most areas, wood floors in bedrooms, and a casual feeling to remind you that you're on vacation! It is a first floor, end unit so you have extra light , more relaxing breezes and easy entry with elevator or close to the stairs.

No walkway behind master bedroom guarantees privacy. Parking is under the building. Two porches, one open, one screened. Most meals are eaten outside on the lanai. Friends tell us a visit to the condo is like going to Hawaii, but for a lot less money.

Visitors regularly include celebrities. Katherine Hepburn came here for years. The Bush family has spent several Christmas holidays here, as have a number of movie stars. The island was used for the recent Denzel Washington movie 'Out of Time'.
If you'd like to enjoy dinner at the Gasparilla Inn, pls remember jacket is required for dinner, only. They will provide jackets upon request. Fabulous food and remember to take the Inn "kitchen tour" with Chef on Thursday or Sat.
