Queenstown Lakeside Holiday House

The house is located within Lakeside Estates, a private, rural enclave, 5 minutes from Queenstown’s international airport and only 15 minutes drive from central Queenstown. Nestled between the Remarkables mountain range and the shores of Drift Bay, Lake Wakatipu, this location offers full-day sun, tranquility and magnificent views.

The estate shares a private boat ramp and jetty, lakefront BBQ area, tennis court, lakeside walking and biking tracks, which link to Jack’s Point golf course and restaurant. Or continue on along the lakeside track to Kelvin Heights and even into Queenstown.

With four bedrooms and three bathrooms, the house can cater for 8 people comfortably, with the option of squeezing a further couple on the sofa bed in the upstairs living area.
Special conditions:
Smoking allowed outside only. Pets may be considered by application. Please note that this is an private estate, therefore respect for our neighbours is paramount. This means driving carefully around the estate, sharing use of recreation areas and keeping noise levels under control. Thank you.
