FANTASTIC BACH near Pauanui Beach

Under Kiwi Bach tradition guests bring their own linen (Towels, tea towels, sheets and pillowcases). This allows us to keep the cost to guests lower.

However, we can supply linen + bath & tea towels if you request. This involves an additional linen charge of $25 per person.

Cleaning of the Bach is included in the overall cost.

The house is located down the end of a quiet cul-de-sac only 3-4 minutes' walk to the beach.

Brilliant indoor/outdoor flow with bi-fold doors opening onto two decks. The front deck is perfect for entertaining with outdoor dining. While the back deck overlooks the tranquillity of the 2nd hole of the Pines Golf Course, a great place to relax.

The house is fully furnished with all the expected mod cons of home, complete with Wi-Fi, smart TV, espresso coffee machine, heatpump, dishwasher, BBQ etc and even a box of books and toys for the kids to play with.

Enjoy golf, tennis, surfing, fishing, boating, lazing at the beach, or a coffee at the cafes at the Pauanui shops. The Bach can also be used as your base for amazing day trips to many of the attractions the Coromandel Peninsula offers to visitors. For those wet days the Bach has a smart TV plus DVD player. You can hook up your Sky box via satellite cable or use the Sky app on our phone and cast to the TV.

NOTE: You need to bring your own linen (sheets, towels & tea towels).

Over the peak Christmas/New Year period the minimum stay period is 7 nights.

Over the holiday long weekends, the minimum stay period is 3 nights (e.g. Fri - Mon).

Special conditions:
1) BYO Linen/Towels
Under the Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to keep the bach tidy, take away rubbish, and do the dishes before you leave. Bring your own linen (towels/sheets/tea towels).

2) Outdoor Security Camera
There is an outdoor security camera (sensor light) located on the sleepout/shed used to monitor the access point to the property - driveway/front deck. On guests' arrival, the security camera is deactivated remotely via App.
