Perfect Pauanui Paradise!!

This family friendly, secure property is a great family retreat. It has 3 bedrooms in the house and 2 light and bright caravans which sleep 4 comfortably in each. Fresh and clean, warm and cozy, this bach is perfect for a beach holiday.

It has one large seating area with TV, DVD and Freeview, a seperate dining area which you can shut off, a bathroom and separate toilet plus another ensuite bathroom. 1 super king bed, 1 king bed, and 2 singles inside the house and 1 double and 2 singles in each caravan. One caravan also has power with a TV and DVD player (great for the kids).

There are about 200 cd's for you to listen to and a handful of adult and children DVD's. A really nice stereo set up with indoor / outdoor speakers to create that special music evening for you.

Outside we have a hot shower (perfect for washing off after the beach), a Utility shed with toilet, sink and a cold shower, a trampoline, a good hose for washing the boat, and a perfect lawn for playing cricket on. We also have a gate (with a high lock) which accesses the creek out the back - perfect for eeling! Don't forget your hand line! An outdoor hammock make it the perfect summer getaway.

Situated in the quiet South end of Pauanui with a 4 min walk to the stunning white beach with surf and surf patrolled swimming area close by. Wake up to the birdsong from the hills next to the house and enjoy the walk up the hill to stretch the legs.

The house is close to the southern end of the beach where the best surf is in the area. We are also close to the estaury for those choosing the flatter water for kayaking or paddleboarding.
